I have just eaten a gorgeous HM vegi chilli and rice. It was lovely. I still have both my A's and B's left to today, so might have cheese and toast and a hi fi later if feeling pekish.

I am finding it fairly easy at the monent, also have reverted to more green days.

daisy, I'm feeling great so far :D Certainly don't feel hungry!! Obviously still a bit confused with free & superfree but I'm getting there.

I've taken the batteries out of the bathroom scales so no sneaky weighs!! I am worried that come WI day I won't have lost but I'm trying to trust in the SW way of doing things.

I'm afraid it's all gone a bit pear shaped this evening (which is the way I'll be going at this rate) Started the day well. Weetabix for brekkie followed by a banana. milk from HEA. Was out at a friends at lunchtime but declined her outrageous offer of white bread, butter, cheese (sarnie) full fat crisps etc etc. LOL. I came home and had my angelic 3 pagen krisp wmeal rolls with vlf cottage cheese and a packet of quavers. Wonderful so far................but have just been hijacked by a chicken Kebab. Oh God it was lush but now I'm being eaten up by guilt and frustration with myself, why do we do it?

I would just enjoy the Kebab as it gone now, and think how well you did in choosing that rather than a massive pizza with fries!!

Flexi day? Tommorrow lots of lovely speed foods and meals as usual x We all deserve a treat, and think how bad the syns would have been if lunch had not been so well planned to! Don't be to hard on yourself x

time for Sue to step in i see?

DON'T feel guilty about eating something that you enjoyed!!!! whats that all about? :)
tomorrow is a new day, start again then, did you have it in pitta bread? with relish? mmm could just eat one but the ONLY thing stopping me is the cash,or lack of it ;)
SW is great, and it makes us feel slim and good about ourselves, but did you know the average person on a diet only loses 6lbs?
i'm not disparaging SW here, nor us that use it as a means to shed a few pounds, but you must stop feeling guilty about eating, its not healthy to be in a state! your friends will still love you fat or thin, blonde or brunette, although we might go off you if that kebab was SUPER TASTY AND YOU HAD CHILLI SAUCE ON IT!!! Grrrr!:rotfl:

The essay is how an the way in which we organise our thinking by using mental images, concepts and schemas help us improve our memory? :rotfl:lol I cant remember what Ive read some days.

Ohh brilliant.. I did a psyc degree and loved things like this. Like the way we group numbers to make them memorable. Memory was one of my fave topics - fantastic essay question!

PS - had a rubbish diet day - chips for lunch! nevermind i'm feeling happy!
