Well done on the 2lbs off :j
Can I ask what you mean when you say '1lb to get to previous target'?? *confused*
Love the mad woman smilie btw :D

I did sw previously and got to target [lost 2.5 st] I then had a medical condition and the medication increased my appetite and made it impossible to lose any weight so when I came off the meds good old sw was waiting. So here I am nearly back to target at last.

Although yesterday went pear shaped as I had forgotten i was going to quiz n chips. So probably gained some of the loss from the morning :o as ate EVERYTHING in sight :p

now I'm being eaten up by guilt and frustration with myself, why do we do it?

We do it because we're human, don't beat yourself up with guilt. Try to except it and move on, today is a fresh start [thats how I'm looking at my fish n chips]. Easyier said than done I know but hang in there :)

Congratulations on the losses ladies :j You're doing fabulously.

Today has started well as I had sausage, beans and egg for breakfast. Don't you love a fry up ;)
Lunch is baked potato with tuna, cottage cheese and salad, followed by yoghurt.

This afternoon I intend to start my couch to 5km running programme. I'll let you know if I survive..........:rotfl:

Good afternoon folks! Well after my syn binge last night, I fully expected to have undone all my work for the week so I had a sneak peek at the scales .... and I have posted 1/2lb loss !!??? How does that work then? When I am really really good and follow the plan 100% I probably lose 1/2lb or 1lb a week. When I have a splurge, I often lose more. It makes no sense, unless I am just trying too hard!

Anyway I am back on the wagon today (Red day)

    B - banana
L - egg, bacon, and mixed onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms done in 1tbs olive oil (HEB)
D - Chicken breast, with large bowl of mixed salad
S - LF cheese (HEA) on wm toast (HEB)

Snacks - muller lite, fruit, bag of wholegrain snacks (6 syns)

time for Sue to step in i see?

DON'T feel guilty about eating something that you enjoyed!!!! whats that all about? :)
tomorrow is a new day, start again then, did you have it in pitta bread? with relish? mmm could just eat one but the ONLY thing stopping me is the cash,or lack of it ;)
SW is great, and it makes us feel slim and good about ourselves, but did you know the average person on a diet only loses 6lbs?
i'm not disparaging SW here, nor us that use it as a means to shed a few pounds, but you must stop feeling guilty about eating, its not healthy to be in a state! your friends will still love you fat or thin, blonde or brunette, although we might go off you if that kebab was SUPER TASTY AND YOU HAD CHILLI SAUCE ON IT!!! Grrrr!:rotfl:

Thats all fantastic advice and exactly what I'd say to anyone that had posted about feeling guilty but somehow it's harder to tell yourself and believe it IYKWIM. I'm having a good day today........so far, but I just know there will be something lurking around to try and tempt me off track, I must be strong! Weekends always seem to be so much more difficult for me for some reason. Anyway thanks for the support everyone, all I can do is keep right on trying.

Well done mrsm, thats a fantastic loss, you're setting us a great example.............bet you would'nt have been hijacked by a chicken kebab!

Wowza! You have all been very busy!!! :):D

I'm crawling back after a week of shame.... donuts, curry, chocolate, crisps, alcohol.... my body is screaming!!!! lol

I tried to redeem myself yesterday by doing an hour of Tae Bo. I then ruined it all by drinking half a bottle of bacardi during my evening at my friend's BBQ!!!!

Back on the wagon today and i feel much better.

    Red day

B - 2x weetabix (heb1) with chopped banana and milk (hea)

    S - Coco Rocks bar (4)

L/D - Chicken stir fry (marinaded chicken in grated garlic, chopped chilli, lime juice and 1 tbsp of hot chilli sauce 0.5.. Veg= courgette, carrot, bean shoots, french beans, mushrooms, spring onion. I added 1/2 tbsp of hot chilli sauce when cooking so rounded up total syns to 1 :))

Dessert - raspberries, strawberries, mango and lemon curd quark (1)

This evening i will have some ham with spread cheese (hea2) and either pagen krisprolls a bag of ryvita minis or a hi fi bar for my second heb.

That means so far i have counted for 6 syns. I did have a nibble on some bacon crisps earlier. I had about 4 so called it 1.5 syns which takes me up to 7.5.

I also done 3 hours of walking today :) hopefully will get myself back on track :)

    ...... damn i have a work buffet tomorrow!!... :o
