Hope Everyone has had a good day ;)

Ive been realllllly good today and tackled the a big pile of the mountain of Ironing that I'd done my best to ignore all week :o .....I still dont recommend sitting down to do it tho  But my unused zimmer frame on loan from the hosp (i'm still waiting for the ever efficient council to come and collect it) came in very handy as a portable clothes rail....I could wheel them in the bedroom...no crutches and not fall over......God that felt good :j:beer:

Food intake today been a bit better,
breakfast weetabix & boiling water HEA milk...teas thru day

lunch Onken ff strawb yog & strawbs

tea was going to be fish (yack)& new pots but I had jacket spud cottage cheese mixed salad balsamic vinegar instead

syns none yet kit kat 5 1/2 toffee popcorn 5

my oh half been at golf again and now snoring loudly.....its a good job he is on the sofa on my deaf side or I would have a pillow on his head lol :A:smileyhea
  • My EE menu for today, hopefully better than yesterday:

B - Spaghetti hoops on 2 toasted wholemeal (HEB)
    followed by an apple
L - Pasta with 2 ex-light cheese triangles stirred through (part of HEA)
followed by a huuuge fruit salad (apple/clem/strawbs/red grapes/kiwi) with mullerlight on top
    Mid-afternoon snack - 2 scanbrans (2 syns) with 2 ex-light cheese triangles (part of HEA) & tomato
D - 2 loaded potato skins (salmon/red onion/quark/potato) with lettuce, cottage cheese, cous cous (1/2 syn) & tomatoes

I've only had 2+1/2 syns so far so I could be naughty & treat myself to a full Go Ahead twinpack yoghurt bar later  I know I should probably just have half as it's weigh-in tomorrow (eek!!), will see how I feel. Would prefer a kit-kat though (thanks to dizzy for telling me the syns & apologies to lynz for mentioning them again!! :D).

Hi can I join in please.

I have done SW before and I started back in may but due to illness and tablets they gave me I am back at the weight I started.

I'm strugling to get motivated again but after reading how well you lot are doing I thought I would give myself a kick up the backside and get back on track in the morning.

I am not very good at cooking and sometimes find it hard as Hubby works away on the rigs 28days on then 28days off and I'm left looking after 2 girls, 4year old and 2 year old who are fussy eaters. I need to get in to the habit of cooking and freezing meals.

Thats enought of me waffeling. Now off to try and plan what I am going to eat for the next 2 days something I never done.

Hi there, i was in the same situation with meds but since coming off them I am 1lb away from previous target. I was lucky that once meds were out of my system my appetite was practically non exsistant which helped kick start my motivation.

Just wishing you all the best and hang in there, we're all with you here, good luck xxxxxxxxxx
