Dizzyk, you're funny. I love the wobbly boobie thingie, it's hilarious. I've got some strange images in my head now. My imagination runs riot sometimes lol.

Oh, and you're also kinda local to me, I'm in W. Yorkshire too.

Turbo, if that's what it takes to diet I could be in big trouble. I am honestly not picking on you, that's not my style, but I really couldn't eat all that in a day. I think my body is going to have some serious adjusting to do! Pea and gammon risotto sounds really nice though, I may be investing in a book or 2 :-)

This is a really silly question but is breakfast really important on this diet? I don't do breakfast, only occasionally do lunch, but if I know I've got to change that then I will.
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Yes Id say it is, but you dont have to have a lot, you could just have an apple or some berries or something. or an Alpen lite?

The way your body seems to ( er) process food on SW, esp if 3/rd is superfree, I seem to be quite hungry in the morning, but I dont have much mainly fruit or yog and a grill up later in the day.

Ive got too much time on my hands at the mo thats my trouble lol :D where in W Yorks are you?
I could NEVER do Brekkie, but at group she kept telling us that we are like steam trains and 'we need to stoke our boilers 1st thing' to start us up and get us going (losing weight) then keep on stoking all day. Thats why now I always have the same thing every day cos I really really am not a Brekkie person, but ive learnt to force my weetabix then a yog with berries down....now its not too bad as I have the yog mid morn (when Mi boiler is awake lol :D)
