Dizzy, I'm near Keighley, where are you?

Good luck ladies who are weighing in soon. I'll be watching with bated breath :-)
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Love how you know how much you'll drink in advance, if I drink 4 I tend to polish the bottle! :o

don't reckon the chicken kebab would be tooo bad it's the pitta
thatsthe issue I think? Minimins should have a value for it I'd have thought? If it were me I'd leave the bread and have extra vodkas! :o

Hello all - well after last weeks little weigh-in disaster this week I've lost 2 and a half pounds so that means for 5 weeks hard slog a massive 3.25 pounds. Still, better than nothing I suppose.

So todays dilemna is as follows
lucnhw as jacket pot, salaf and FF cottage cheese - however, the jacket pot was minging (damn you works canteen) and so I only ate the skin. I'm working long days this week 8-6 and was planning to go the gym after work but am STARVING (and I still have an hour left to go at work)

So do I go to the snack machine and get some choc but then force yself to the gym
or no choc - but then there will be no gym either - I literally feel lightheaded with hunger.

On WW it would have been an easy decision because you're allowed extra points for exercise but that's not the way it works with SW as I understand it. what to do?
btw I don;t have enough syns left for the chocolate bar - I've already had a bag of snackajacks ad an options hot choc and used my HEA and HEB at breakfast

You might find it much easier if you have something syn-free for breakfast and keep your HEs for later in the day.

You could have eggs, fruit and yoghurt, bacon/egg/tomato/mushroom (on a Red day) or for a Green day try plain couscous made as per packet instructions and once cooled a little, add chopped fruit and a Mullerlight. It makes a yummy and very filling breakfast but leaves HEs for later.

In my opinion (I know I'm biased, lol) WW is less healthy than SW simply because of the way they allow you extra points to eat whatever takes your fancy. On the whole, overweight people don't normally make healthy choices, so given the option to have an apple for 'x' points or a bag of crisps for the same points............how many people would choose the apple???

It shouldn't be a "hard slog" or you won't stick to it. I suggest you read the books again and see how many lovely foods there are available. There's nothing you can't have but it takes a bit of planning to make it work well. Have a look at MRSMACAWBER's meal plans - she eats loads and the weight is dropping off (well done MRSM!!)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
