    Afternoon everyone

Well done on the losses :T
Well its day 7 of my fish week (weigh day tomorrow cross.gif) -so it will be interesting to see if it has made any difference,,, 3lbs would be "super, smashing, great" as it would give me my 3.5st award (in 14 weeks) -but anything off is in the right direction biggrin.gif

My red meal plan for today is:-
    • 4 seafood sticks -at 5am this morning eek.gif
    • 1 alpen light (3)-7am
    • 3 plums
    • 227g jacket (B)
    • tuna fish
    • lettuce
    • cucumber
    • tomato
    • carrot
    • pepper
    • gherkin
    • beetroot
    • melon
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • steamed cod with lemon + whatever seasoning takes my fancy laterwink.gif
    • 1/4tsp oil (0.5) stir-fried:-
    • onions
    • carrots
    • wild mushrooms
    • peppers
    • 28g peas (1)
    • 28g sweetcorn (1.5)
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp
    • 1 fibre plus bar (B)
So thats A+Bs accounted for and 6.5syns used -I will see if I need any more as I go..
We were up at 5am -on the golf course for 6:30am and off again by 9:30am -hence the seafood sticks at an ungodly hour :o... managed to clock up just over 11,000 steps -which means I got my body magic "silver" award today :j
I think I will be having quite a few more fish meals -especially as I now have loads in the freezer.. but I will be mixing and matching -then doing a fish week once a month,,,
Right I will get off and get next weeks meal plan sorted ;)
Have a great day everyone :D

mmmm I thought it was a good idea at the time just to try get my brain functioning again as iv had to give up work (its a long story but I was a team leader in a call center, and I was more or less managed out of the job after my original brain surgery 3 years ago because I lost my hearing at one side and I wasnt able to walk the floor quick enough :(or coach my team effectively) anyway I decidied to do this openings course as its been a while since Ive sudied....but I get a lot of brain fog days/memory probs headaches and 'wobble vision' so its taking some getting going lol.
The essay is how an the way in which we organise our thinking by using mental images, concepts and schemas help us improve our memory? :rotfl:lol I cant remember what Ive read some days.

i remember things by putting them into a story with my family,i was a waitress in a dead nice restaurant and i could remember 6 peoples orders, starters and mains,if they ordered what my family would eat i would replace that person with that member of my family,i was tipped loads because of it! :D

Asda own brand is free, all others are synned.

I guess one way to guesstimate it would be to see how many syns a HEB portion of wm bread is, and then deduct that from the normal pitta bread syn and use the balance as yr syns.

    Does that make sense?
