    Happy saturday everyone :D

Im hoping to gt out of the house today so I should go for a syn free day as much as I can manage ( or as late as I can manage!)

Just had massive bowl of blueberries and raspberries and muller and a large mug of tea :) I am still full from dinner last night but I need lots more of superfree today :D.
Im going out so will make up Ainsley ( synned) couscous, leftover chicken, chickpeas, and some extra veggies and lettuce etc into a cous cous salad in a tupperware and take my 2 alpen lite bars and a few bottles of water so I don't have to buy anything out.( she says)
Tea tonight might be a curry and bhajis and samosas if I can get the right ingredients on my travels. Or it might be a chicken ceasar salad where Ill make the croutons and syn the bread. Decisions decisions.

Hope to get lots of walking in today ,Im not coming home till Ive done 10 miles :D

Have a great day all

Dear all - please ignore my post of a day or so ago about eating (me) vs not eating (everyone else) before weigh in. I don't usually eat any tea but I do continue to drink as per ... and last week I definitely had two hot drinks at home shortly before weigh in. And had put 1 lb on. I just got my mug, weighed it, then filled it with water and re-weighed. 9 ounces!!!! I'm lucky it was only a pound i'd put on!

In future I shall have a glass of water at 3-ish then NIL BY MOUTH until after 7.30 :D

Another recruit to the nil by mouth club after lunch lol ;) Its like going for open heart surgery facing those demon scales :D

Lynz light coconut milk 2 level tbl spoon 1 1/2 syn cant find the maryland coconut cookies tho ? if you send the details Il put it in the calculator.

Its our 3rd time to Mexico (2nd xmas) - I love it, we go to playacar, quite close to Xcaret, bit away from Cancun (im not really into the nightlife thing....I love my beaches and lazy days.......and the food:) tho weve never been to the same hotel we kind of stay in the same sort of area, and its nice and flat for my wobbly walking.....actually when everyone has taken advantage of the all inclusives my walking doesnt look do different from theirs :D but by Xmas with the way my physio is going I should have made a lot of headway and hopefully I'l only be left with balance issues if I make sudden head movements or try to run (I think I can live with that ;))

Im dieting like mad to shift as much weight as I can before we go.....I just know that In 3 weeks there I will easy put on at least 7 pound ++......They have an ice cream cart on the beach with a different flavour every day apparently....and a bbq on the beach daily - and I intend to be a regular visitor !!!!!!!!

Oh thanks for that, might leave that coconut milk where it is then :D

I wasnt into Cancun either, ( Zone hotelera) I was staggered to see a shop called "mexican outlet" :rotfl: WTH- were in MEXICO guys! I was there once, and it co-incided with SPRING BREAK omg, never again! ( only was there for a day or 2 though) Loads of wasted USA teens doing moonies from their hotel windows, dear god I felt old, I was only about 24 then as well LOL

I liked the downtown tho, loads of bargains :D the market is brilliant as well, loads of great terracotta ( mine got smashed to bits on the way home but I did buy some lovely stuff for other people that survived it) and plenty of taco stands ( my fave) I know you probably cant manage it with your walking and stuff but when you are better and you go back if you havent been already chichen itza is awesome. Im angling to go back but to the other side, Mexico city and around there but I doubt I can afford it despite me pretending i probably can lol

We met some people last time who booked the trip there to test it out for us as I really wanted to give it a go.....but she she said there was no way I would have managed (and I managed alot of things despite how I am. Were going to have settle for getting a taxi and a day in Tulum (miniture but lovely) and coba.....we found sometimes just hiring a cab for the day worked out cheaper than the organised trips....and they took you to places where the rest of the tourists didnt go...Bonus. I know what u mean about the american teens.....and they were so Damn rude to the bar staff too! no please or thanku at all.
We really needed something to look forward to this year after my op and all....its been a bit of a crappy time...so im on mission get thin-so I can go on mission get fat again :o
