LMAO:rotfl:when it comes to remembering the meals there ur a gal after my own heart :D

The only 2 organised trips on we did was the catamaran cruise + the Dolphin swim.....and dont laugh when I tell you that at this point I couldnt actually swim :o my oh got my in the water for the 1st time as his birthday present (in a lifejacket:() off the boat, Id promised him I would do it....so I ditched my walking stick and they helped me down some steps very slowly and clumsily much to everyones amusement and onto A JETSKI  with me in between him and the driver and we went whizzing round the catamaran....with me half crying half laughing, then I got really brave and got in the water bobbing about lol.

Few training sessions off the oh in the pool I could kind of lift my feet off the floor and dog paddle....then we went to the dolphins......that was amazing Il never forget it, I just wish i could have been a swimmer and they were in open water.

Oh I did since then learn to swim and before the op I was doing 40 lengths at the pool 3 times a week ;)

Ive not done what i was meant to do either ( oops) ie tidy this rat-hole flat

Have not eaten as much today though ( so far) and had no syns yet apart from a bit of the cous cous. Feeling very pleased with that!

Whats the essay on Dizzy? I remember when I did OU, it could turn my flat into a tip on its own, all them videos, tapes, cds, posters, folders, leaflets I was so glad to get my space back when I finished those modules !

    Just wanted to share something.

if any of you are near a B&M bargains then they were selling "make you own salad dressing" herb mix for 25p or so ( shropshire food co)

I have used a bit of this in with quark and let it down with a splash of milk and this is making a LOVELY ceasar style dressing.

mmmm I thought it was a good idea at the time just to try get my brain functioning again as iv had to give up work (its a long story but I was a team leader in a call center, and I was more or less managed out of the job after my original brain surgery 3 years ago because I lost my hearing at one side and I wasnt able to walk the floor quick enough :(or coach my team effectively) anyway I decidied to do this openings course as its been a while since Ive sudied....but I get a lot of brain fog days/memory probs headaches and 'wobble vision' so its taking some getting going lol.
The essay is how an the way in which we organise our thinking by using mental images, concepts and schemas help us improve our memory? :rotfl:lol I cant remember what Ive read some days.

I am trying to get a little more into the mindset of thinking about how much I can have within the boundaries of the plan.

So lunch is a sweet corn cob (99p for 2 supersweet ones in Tesco, so very, very delicious!), 2 home made duck egg scotch eggs and a big bowl of blueberries and banana with a muller on it. I am stuffed and it all tasted yummy.

I have only had a cuppa so far with milk but I am cooking for some friends so might save my HeA and HeB to make something a bit more decadent (meatballs with breadcrumbs in topped with a little cheese on the sauce sound good to me!)
