    Yep - 3.5 syns for the 15p (15g) bag. They're on the SW website too.

    Just found out that a mini Twister ice lolly is 2.5 syns - them and the Space Raiders are an easy 6 syns before bedtime :D

    I've got my sw friendly sausagemeat from the butchers :D Can you tell me how long these need to cook for and at what temperature please? Can't wait to try them later.

    Hey, I might be too late now.
    I think I put them in at about 200 for about half an hour. As the eggs are cooked it doesnt take that long

    It also challenges your metabolism.

    You dont have to have syns every day, but you should have at the minimum 5 per day. If you dont eat them everyday, then you could like our Dizzy have a Rocky horror or whatever if you are out socialising there's no need to "say no" to that glass of wine, or whatever.

    :j:beer::T
    Yup ! also you will soon find that if you intend making this plan a realistic long term way of eating.....using your syn allowance in cookiing (when the recipe needs a teaspoon of making powder like for the yummmmy roulade which i unfortunately must make my oh go to asda again for a swiss roll tin for me today ;)) or as Lynz says just simply to enjoy a glass of wine on night out makes this diet do-able :)
    You really wont do yourself any favours long term by not having any syns at all.....trust us ;)
