Dare i say it was the rocky horror to blame
I dont know love, I think just wait for the weigh in and stick to plan.
Try and eat Superspeed and I dont know if bread affects you ( it does me) but just avoid bread as I always seem to gain ( visually, if not on the scales, my belly swells out and looks flabby and soft)
Cant help more than that! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Hi all - weighed in today and had a gain - and I know exactly why!
After losing 8 lbs last week, I fell into my usual thing of rewarding myself with food - and one treat turned into two, and then I had a 'day off' etc etc.
So, am kind of relieved in a way to say goodbye to a horrible week and back on plan today.Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

In the Middle Ages, they had guillotines, stretch racks and whips etc. Nowadays, we have a much more effective torture device ........ called the bathroom scales. When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0

I work in a school and this time of year everyone is buying stuff for the staff. One class I work in has job share teachers and they got me a very apt gift. The children gave it to me and when I opened it the 1st thing I saw made me roar with laughter. Inside was 2 boxes of fibre plus bars [purple ones]:rotfl:and also a purple spotted mug. They said I was the easiest to buy for as purple is my fav colour [EVERYONE knows this] I was wearing a purple top and purple crocs at the time.
I nipped to Tesco this evening for a few bits and came out with purple 3 quarter trousers & a purple flouncy top. Guess whos over dosing on purple tomorrow :rotfl:
The down side to all the gifts from the children is they are usually wine [2 bottles already] or chocolates [fudge, choc chip cookies & ferreros today] wish me luckIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
