Good morning all
Well done on the losses ladies :T
I won't be able to make it to the gym tonight  as we are off to do ANOTHER top-up shop ...more fruit, veg, water, yogs for sure and then any other odds n sods that catch my eye-I have loads of meat/fish/seafood in the freezers -not that it will stop me trying to wedge more in if its on offer :rotfl:
* week is kicking in -so lets see if the exercise counteracts it-I have to say that since I started SW and eating better I don't suffer at all well apart from for the 2 days before when I fall asleep every time I sit down on the sofa-sometimes I don't even get to put my cuppa down -I sit down and *zonk* Im gone :heartpuls... still I know I get off very lightly... I don't even crave junk  -Im sure its because I eat well and keep my blood sugars level by eating little n often...
Anyway -my red meal plan for today is:-- 1 apple
- 250ml semi (A)
- 2 eggs -scrimbled
- fresh tomatoes-roast
- melon
- salmon fillet
- 1/4tsp olive oil (0.5) to roast
- 198g parsnips (B)
- carrots
- onions
- red peppers
- apple
- activia lemon (2.5)
- hm beef burgers
- 227g potato (B) -wedged in
- 1/4tsp olive oil (0.5)
- salad
- 250ml semi (A)
- 1tsp camp (0.5)
- 1 crunch corner (4)
Right Im off to make my shopping list and then my roast vegies might be ready -nomnomnom...

Hello Everyone,
I'm so glad I found this site... I've been lurking for a while, and have decided to take the plunge and join Slimming World - the online Body Optimise version. I really want to know if it's honestly worth the money and and secondly whether you are able to follow the Original and Green plans online, or if it only supports Extra Easy.
Thanks0 -

Hi Squeakie..... Welcome to the group
I dont do the online thing......I go to a class, But I know MrsM who posted just above does online and sticks to red days mostly - she posts her meal plans daily so if you have a flick back through the posts you will see them.
You are able to switch and choose on a daily basis whether you want to do red/green or EE whether you do it online or at a group
Hope you find this place helpful....and hope to see you posting !!:p0 -

I'm looking to join online too... it ranges from £60 - £80 for three months, depending upon whether you want the magazines and books. You can extend your membership anytime during the three months. I plan to go for the £60 package and hopefully get lots of support from here0 -
Afternoon ladies
hello to squeakie
Yep, as Dizzy said..I do SW online and I do all red days now -you can swap to any plan every day (there is a drop down box to select it from). Its really easy and great for making sure you have your heA+B selections etc....
Credit-crunch
You have to join for 3 months minimum -I did this thinking that If I didn't get on with it I would be peeved at the wasted money -but I loved it so much that I extended my membership for another 6 months ,,,
Not sure if its still the same (they may have an offer on) BUT when I joined it was £60 for 3 months and then I paid £80 for the next 6 months (instead of £120) ......I could have done 3 months for £45 instead of £60 OR 12 months for £140 instead of £239 .... I wasn't sure I would need a whole year -but if I had then I would have paid that without doubt...
Forgot to say -I joined for the full package -I got the starter pack and 1 years magazine subscription -saved me a fortune as it costs more out here,,,

Hi girls,
A quick question...
Im going out for a hen night tonight and it is starting with a meal at an Italian restaurant, La Vita. I have only been eating superfree foods today and Im willing to go flexi the rest of the week so I can have a few drinks (weigh in Thursday) - but what would be my best choices from the menu?
