Dizzy have you tried making stir fry sauces. Further back somewhere I think MrsM copied me the szechuan syn free sauce out, made of various spices and passatta and it was great! Must make that again soon.

Not sure what sort of day im going to have but I suspect it might be a green one... will ponder!

In exactly the same position. "using up". I am trying to run the cupboards down, and using up whats there. That wagamamas sauce case in point - I could have had half a dime bar for that - so wasnt as nice as a dime bar lol!

I have some really high syn stuff just sitting in the freezer, I will probalby eat it, cant bear to throw food away, but Im going to have to stagger it ( ie one item a week) otherwise it will be a week without chocolate biscuits or crisps and that is like the end of the world for me lol. Have got someM&S fishcakes I think are 10 syns each. i will have to make sure I only eat half of it :D I dont even really like fishcakes, I bought them cos they were cheap!?!?

Im not too bad for stuff lurking in the freezer, just an odd pack of birds cod in breadcrumb :o....but its sauces and stuff....and some bonne mama strawberry conserve in the fridge that I cant bear to throw away (from just before I restarted SW and got a craving for scones with Jam ) OH doesnt eat jam so Im stuffed really.....may have to forefit my choccie some days and have OH's crumpets with some jam to use the 3/4 jar up :o........thats another thing that irks me.....how can fellas eat 2 crumpets with butter & marmalade & 1 toasted muffin with butter & full fat Dairylea and not be Mahoosive?????
AND why do I end up making it for him:mad: and have to have it in the house looking at me (I personally think Im quite good in here all day on my own not giving in to the crap fairy stuff that OH puts in our shopping trolley lol :A) im off to polish my halo :rotfl:

I think it tastes quite minestroney like, so was going to do as you do and add my HeA cheese to it and maybe a bit of cooked wholemeal pasta.
