I used to drink gallons of diet coke -I gave it up and I now once in a blue moon when I get a small bottle I can't drink a full one  -I much prefer sparkling water and get through about 4.5+litres a day
ooooohh I went to the Gym again this evening.. as soon as hubby got in (I shoved the jackets in the remoska so they were cooked by the time we got back) -I did 30mins on the treadmill -did 2.5km and then I went on the bike for 30mins and did 15km :j I loved it -although having def leppard on my headphones made it sooooo much better ...... We need to nip shopping tomorrow so I won't make it to the gym BUT I will be going for a 3hr walk around the golf course on Saturday morning(about 6am:eek:)..
I have noticed that this week (so far) I have felt less bloated -even though *week is impending.... and I really think it is because I haven't had any fibre plus bars - I had got into the habbit of having one every evening, but I feel much better for giving them a miss!!!

Its not as exciting as it sounds :rotfl:
cous cous made with oxo cube, [I used 200g/200ml] mixed in 'loads' of chopped onion, chilli flakes, chopped tomatoes, seasoning bind together with couple eggs then bunged in a loaf tin. Cooked for bout 25 mins in oven and bobs your uncle.
You could bung any superfrees in that you want and it looks quite 'meaty'. Hit the spot with me anyway.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

thanks blackberry rum , i think it is the kilo of yogurt and the fact that i wasn't hungry before eating any of it (and the lack of control) that concerns me.
i am thinking of giving up SW as my consultant is unhelpful,it is expensive and is making me focus on food way too much when i already have a fixation with it as it is.
i don't want to , i really want it to work but it is making me feel stressed0 -
Morning Ladies! It's not very often I'm first here in a morning! I'm rather tired today...glad its the weekend tomorrow. I'm only working Monday next week then we're going camping for a few days, I just hope we don't get toooooo much rain!!!! Here's the plan (red):
Brekkie - melon, mango, banana
Lunch - pitta (HEB), ham, salad, jelly (0.5)
Tea - fish, SW chips (HEB), veg
I've also got some yogurt with berries that I'll have with either brekkie or lunch depending on how hungry I am and also a nectarine.
We're looking after OH's parents dog this weekend but that won't up the exercise much as she's rather old and slow now!!!
Have a good fairy free friday ladies!!!0 -

Hi Flutterby,
How big was the portion? I've taken an estimate of 200 grams which would mean it is 25.5 syns on EE, 25.5 syns on Green or 27 syns on red.
Let me know if it was bigger/smaller and i'll check again for you.

Just did my first weigh in and have lost 3 lbs.
I am really pleased as I had a ropey start, and had to give myself a kick up the jacksie.....
This is so good as I usually struggle to lose anything at all, so thanks for the support here - it is so fab to read everyoe elses highs (and even the lows), keeps me real.
Thank you!
BTW - diet coke etc. I am totally caffeine and aspartame free these days. I find that if I have anything with artificial sweeteners in it makes me hungry - mullerlights are the worst for me! I would have one, then another, then another.... I do find that as I am pretty much additive free now, if I do have any I feel totally crap.
My hubbie and I coined a phrase a few years ago that seems so true to us - 'you are today what you ate yesterday'.....
Hey ho
Lesley xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -
Well done :T - from one Lesley to another!!
I'm off shortly for weigh in was hoping to lose another couple pounds this week but not sure if I'll make it as had a "social" weekend  then off out for a meal Wednesday night as it was the last night my family would all be together before my son goes to uni! Las Iguanas - yum!
hey ho we'll see how we go - we';re doing a food tasting today so I've made the stuffed mushrooms from the latest magazine - (must pop the oven on) they look tasty hope they turn out ok.
