    Thanks :)
I am not giving up aspartame as I dont see a particular problem with it, its only cos im poor! the idea of never driking it again is quite horrendous, love the stuff, really. Like what do you have with Jack Daniels if not coke!

    :D

Evening all, well done LOSERSSSS :D

Today has been informative if nothing else, don't feel I got much 'work' done as morning was spent in begining of term meeting. The good thing was everyones interest in sons results [he went to the school so everyone knows him] and all the congrats on my weight loss. I didn't think there was much difference between now and when we broke up as only 5lb difference.
To be honest [can't believe I'm saying this] It got a bit wearing after a while, I felt as though I had done something wrong by losing so much weight. I began to feel like people were implying I was too thin. Don't know if that makes sense but as I've been a bit stressed recently my minds working in an odd way :o. Oh and its * week so blame that too :D.

One of the teachers 'bought' a yoga session at an auction of promises so guess what I will be doing tomorrow . I really don't know what to expect so I may just lie on the mat :D.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Evening all,

It's been a pretty rough day today and I am only on day 2. As you can see below I have been eating ok but my Amazon order came through that I ordered before i started the plan. it' includes the books 'the takeaway secret' and 'Ben and Jerry's ice cream recipes'. I think I am gonna have to find a way to adapt some of the recipes so I don't feel left out and of course if I have any success with this I will post the recipe.

B - syn free sausages, bacon, 2 w/m toast (HEB), light marg (3), egg

L - Banana, Muller light, apple and pear.

T - Chicken, light mayo (4), brown roll (6), lettuce

Snacks - Milk for tea (HEA), 28g Weetabix (HEB) and milk (HEA)

Have an Apple Jack:p Jack and apple juice is yummy. I know apple juice is synned but at least no aspartame.

There is no point in being worried about aspartame (and of course nothing has been proven, only disproven) when you have smoked for 15 years off and on

    Just IMO!
