Morning everyone!
Well done on the losses kitty and primmer! :T:T
Welcome to any new people, hope you find this group as helpful as I have
Well managed to be good again last night, no faries so stuck well within syn limits and didn't even eat the curly wurly I had saved syns for :A
Food today is -
b - 3 plums and mullerlight
l - Left over prawn and speed veg curry with a side salad. Rasb, cherries, strawbs and apple
t - Jerked chicken (no skin) Pot wedges and biiiig salad.
supper - Fig, 28g piece of cheese (hea), fibre plus bar (heb)
Syns - (2) for sugar and (8.5) for large glass of vino
Also got the world of flavours book last night, its fab! Can't wait to try out the recipes. Think i will try the Stifado at weekend on MrsM's recommendation. Some great recipes for fish too, the charmoula (sp?) skewers sounded yum, well most of the recipes do really. Saw the post from MrsM and mumoftwo (thankyou!!) about the coq au vin, glad I saw it as I don't really like thin sauces, prefer the 'stick to your ribs' type stuff so thats also on the list to try!SW started 28.06.10 - 4, -7.5, -1.5, -2.5, -1, -1and 1/4, -3, +3.5, -2.50 -
Well after my week away I still managed to lose 1/2lb which must mean the exercise counteracted the tray bakes I ate!
Lots of good losses in my class so everyone was very positive, nice to see everyone happy. One lady has had some slow losses and you could see she was quite down about it and she won slimmer of the week this week which was lovely; the thing about staying for class is that you do motivate each other as you get to know people a little bit more, I would recommend it if you struggle with motivation.
Hopefully fully back on track with the plan for this week, would love a big loss by next, should I make the dynorod soup (great name btw!)? I have salmon tikka for lunch with some couscous, mmm
Have a great day everyoneGod is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Morning Ladies, I lost 2lbs at WI last night and FINALLY got my half stone award. Being ill does have it's rewards after all!!! Our class was a bit odd last night. There were only 5 people stayed plus 9 new members so instead of image therapy she did the new member's talk to us all. I was a bit miffed at first but actually it was quite interesting in 2 ways...firstly, she gave loads more detail than I got when I started and it was a different consultant, and secondly, it confirmed I wasn't making any fundamental mistakes!!
I'm having either an red day today. It would fit into the EE plan too but I want to call it red as then I have to weigh my potato for my teatime chips, if I go for EE I'll end up with a huge pile of them!! Here's the plan:
Brekkie - small banana, melon, mango (should have had yogurt too but didn't need it!!!)
Lunch - ham, salad, pitta (HEB), jelly (0.5), yogurt and berries from brekkie
Tea - Baked Fish (I can't remember the name of it!), SW chips with skins on (HEB), veggies, ketchup (1)
Snacks - nectarine, plums, yogurt (all if needed).
HEA is milk in teas.0 -
