You're all welcome - oh and as we are MSE you can ask on Freecyle/Freegle if anyone has any big jars you can use if you don't have any. I gave a load away this year as I am trying to downsize (in more ways than one:D )
I get so tired of blackberries, it's a terrible thing to say isn't it? Even my little freezer is full of them and honestly I don't go beyond my backyard to pick them  I suppose I could sell some at the gate to ramblers:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Mrs M - I did end up doing wedges and they were fab, I often have wedges with a chilli, but never really thought of them with a curry/bolognese....I would definitely have it again.
I actually had 2 HEb's worth, but there was FAR to many, so ended up dishing some out onto dh's plate, he also enjoyed them:)
I haven't written down what I've eaten today, probably because I feel like I have eaten constantly all day.....right here goes!
Red Day
B - Bacon, Scrambled egg.
S - 2 x Ginger nuts(5)
L - HM soup(1), Cheesecake(4.5)
S - Snack a jack(2.5), banana, FF yoghurt.
D -Chicken curry(2), Wedges(HEbx2)
HEa Milk....hmm I seem to have missed out an HEa!!
Doesn't look quite as bad as I thought...13syns I was thinking I may have gone over!

I had my final weigh in yesterday befoer going back to work today and I nearly reached my mini target. I had set myself a ridiculous challenge of losing one and a half stone before going back to school but I managed 1 stone 4 and a half instead so nearly there. I'm doubly pleased because I've never ever tried to lose weight in the holidays, quite the opposite actually! Have picked out my outfit for tomorrow and although it is a mishmash of size 22 trousers, size 20 blouse and size 18 cardigan, I'm fitting into stuff that I wouldn;t have fitted into before summer and I'm going to have a good route through the cupboard to see what other old treasures I can unearth!!
I also did finally look at my weight in the book. I'm still 10 and a half pounds heavier now than my ever previous highest weight (apart from when pergnant) which is still depressing but just another mini target. I have another 2 stone to go to be at my pre-pregnancy weight which will be the next target so it is just going to be little by little.
Oh I was also really pleased to have achieved not only slimmer of the week but slimmer of the month too!
Haven't had much of a chance to catch up recently but I can see from other people's signatures that there have been some nice losses sowell done to one and all.
