I'm trying to find the roulade recipe
There's a box near the top of each page where you can enter the word "roulade" (no quotes) and it will bring up the posts mentioning the roulade.Online, there are diary sheets that you don't print out, you enter your food each day from dropdown lists. Then, if you try to put for instance another HEA it will remind you that on EE you are only allowed one HEA, and so on. You choose each day if you are Green, Red, or EE. But you can change it partway thru the day if you want. Then you can, if you wish, print them out or they are there on "your" SW page for ever and ever. I find it very useful because I don't plan, thus it's time wasted whilst I try to remember if I've had a HEB today. Eg that's what I'm currently trying to remember!Hope this helps, and sorry I know there won't be any paras in this post!:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Afternoon all
I had a text today to say that my close friend is going in for his brain surgery tomorrow. When I got the news that he was ill I went totally off the rails and put on 10lbs. However this time I have taken the news calmly, and even though I was in Tesco at the time, I didn't buy anything crap at all.
Green day: (updated)
B - honey nut shreddies (HEB) and skimmed milk (HEA)
L - pasta and potato salad, sweetcorn, LF mayo (1.5syns)
D - SW chips, beans, 2 eggs in frylight, salad cream (2.5syns), ketchup (1syn)
Snacks - banana, activa ff yog, mini milk (1.5syns), cheese (HEA), kellogs fibre + (HEB)
Drinks - coffee, NAS squash, water, SF jelly (0.5syns), LF creme fraiche (1.5syns), blackberries
Total syns = 8.5
Not sure what to have for dinner yet. I need to pop out to get something from freecycle so will decide when I get back.

I sometimes use tinned green beans instead of rice under a curry and it tastes fab and is superfree!
