    Hey gang

    Just a quick question

As I have oversynned really massively in barcelona do i now:

    a) get back on the wagon and have my usual 10ish (!) syns
    b) go syn free to make up for it?

I thought it should be A, but not so sure. Have had 4 syns so far today and can do without more if the answer is b

If B is the answer, how long for?

I have 4lbs to lose to get back to target, thanks in advance :)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    The answer is A :j -do I get a prize :p
I would writ of those 4 days and just start today afresh -if you try and go without syns you may well get starvin marvin, or feel deprived and end up going off plan...
well thats my thought anyway :D

  • Afternoon everyone

Thanks for the comments on my ravings last night. I have decided to take my own advice and eat more :p I will then be able to cut back on the syns used on snacks and use them for food.

My Wednesday food list looks like this:
    Milk (HEA)
    Fruit
    Yoghurt
    Ham
    Laughing Cow light (HEA)
    Salad
    Fat free vinaigrette
    Vegetable soup (all superfree :D)
    Activia lemon (2.5)
    Chicken
    Roast potatoes (HEB)
    Veg pack (steamed)
    2 Alpen (HEB)
    Crisps (6)
    Fruit
    Yoghurt

I've squigged in another meal mid afternoon, which I am going to have soon. Dinner will be 9pm again. I feel like I've eaten all day so far and as tonight is weigh in I'm not sure what effect it will have. Just have to keep my fingers crossed but I think it will work eventually.

Welcome to all the newbies. You'll find everyone is really friendly (if not a little nuts rotflmao.gif) and someone always has advice if you need it.

Sorry to hear of the problems some are having. Sending hugs and positive vibes to all (particularly Yoemma and Dizzyk) grouphugg.gifvibes.gif Keep strong all, K x

Why not have a few weeks off the booze then Daisy, it should help kick-start? I dont drink often ( go me) im sure part of the 4lb gain was some serious boozing in barcelona :(

Thanks MrsMcawber, jsut as I thought

Can anyone take a look at the website and tell me how much a Morrisons Crisproll ( similar to Pagen) is each?

Yup I normally stick at 10 syns......I think thats why the 30+ seems so hideous ....

    Damage limitation today & Tomorrow,

Ah dizzyk don't stress it. If you normally stick to 10 syns, and you overdid yeaterday by 20, then those would be wiped out by the 5 syns per day you don't have normally have!

    MRSM - what's camp?
