    Hello all,

I have been a bit of a lurker on this board for some time and I did try doing the plan on my own a few months back but didn't really get anywhere so yesterday i finally bit the bullet and went to group. I have to say it was great and the consultant is really nice. I weighed 17 st 31/2lbs and I have set my target at 11 st so thats alot to lose. It was my 30th birthday yesterday as well and I am determined to change my life and hit that target before I turn 31. I hope that with the group support and support on here I can achieve this. I look forward to getting to know you all.

    Eveie

    Hi Eveie!!! And Welcome!

I know how it feels to be faced with the prospect of losing a lot! My first big target is to lose 8 stone but technically i have to lose 10 to get to 11.5lbs  I managed to lose 4 stone in just under 6 months. So you can lose your 6 stone 3 1/2 in a year no problemo if you follow the plan 100%

Good Luck, stick around and enjoy the plan!! :D

Morning Lovely Ladies :)Welcome Eveie

forgive me fellow SW'ers for I have synned break_diet.gif

I had a really bad day yesterday after the hospital and I lost my halo somewhere on the journey home angeldevil.gif I think the fairies may have stolen it

My syn list broke my cardinal rule of the 8pm curfew and included:

    2 x kit kat 11 syn
    1 x penguin wafer 4.5 syn
4 cubes cadbury caramel 8 syn
6 squares dairymilk bubbly 7 syn
    = 30.5 syn of crud doh.gifcry.gifcry.gif

Anyway Ive given myself a good talking to copon.gif Im just sooooo mad at myself for doing it.....Ive avoided the fairies all the way so far, until the hospital visit yesterday :( Its WI tomorrow too :o

It was one fairy attack Dizzy! Put it behind you love!! To be fair you only have about 10 syns a day dont you? You can have 15 so i am sure your one off choc fest wouldnt have done too much damage ;)

Just had a big bowl of Dyno Rod and a couple of plums for lunch so Im being verrrry good again :D

forgot to say earlier I made some more HM syn free sausage for tea last night but didnt follow the SW recipe exactly (I only had pork mince left over) so I did pork with chives....got masses of the stuff in a pot on the balcony at the mo so was glad to use a bit lol. They were very very scrummy indeed :p the chives just 'spaced the pork out' so they werent so dense & meaty heavy IYKWIM ?
