Hello all,
I have been a bit of a lurker on this board for some time and I did try doing the plan on my own a few months back but didn't really get anywhere so yesterday i finally bit the bullet and went to group. I have to say it was great and the consultant is really nice. I weighed 17 st 31/2lbs and I have set my target at 11 st so thats alot to lose. It was my 30th birthday yesterday as well and I am determined to change my life and hit that target before I turn 31. I hope that with the group support and support on here I can achieve this. I look forward to getting to know you all.
Eveie
Hi Eveie!!! And Welcome!
I know how it feels to be faced with the prospect of losing a lot! My first big target is to lose 8 stone but technically i have to lose 10 to get to 11.5lbs  I managed to lose 4 stone in just under 6 months. So you can lose your 6 stone 3 1/2 in a year no problemo if you follow the plan 100%
Good Luck, stick around and enjoy the plan!!Morning Lovely LadiesWelcome Eveie
forgive me fellow SW'ers for I have synned
I had a really bad day yesterday after the hospital and I lost my halo somewhere on the journey homeI think the fairies may have stolen it
My syn list broke my cardinal rule of the 8pm curfew and included:
2 x kit kat 11 syn
1 x penguin wafer 4.5 syn
4 cubes cadbury caramel 8 syn
6 squares dairymilk bubbly 7 syn
= 30.5 syn of crud
Anyway Ive given myself a good talking toIm just sooooo mad at myself for doing it.....Ive avoided the fairies all the way so far, until the hospital visit yesterday
Its WI tomorrow too
It was one fairy attack Dizzy! Put it behind you love!! To be fair you only have about 10 syns a day dont you? You can have 15 so i am sure your one off choc fest wouldnt have done too much damageGuys i need some advice
I've had 2 weeks off,i get bored and can't stick to it,and then all guilty and messed up,so i thought !!!!!! this, and i came off the 'diet',this morning i decided to get back on,i've got all kinds of digestive problems and need to do summert about it,i jumped on the scales and i've lost 4lb! how does that work?
so to lose weight i have to eat cake and McD? or i have to binge every so often? whats the answer?
That is strange. Junk food must boost your metabolism!
Have some dyno rod soup - i am sure your digestive problems will be reset pretty sharpish:rotfl:
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Just had a big bowl of Dyno Rod and a couple of plums for lunch so Im being verrrry good again
forgot to say earlier I made some more HM syn free sausage for tea last night but didnt follow the SW recipe exactly (I only had pork mince left over) so I did pork with chives....got masses of the stuff in a pot on the balcony at the mo so was glad to use a bit lol. They were very very scrummy indeedthe chives just 'spaced the pork out' so they werent so dense & meaty heavy IYKWIM ?

I know how it feels to be faced with the prospect of losing a lot! My first big target is to lose 8 stone but technically i have to lose 10 to get to 11.5lbs
11.5lbs is a very low goal weight don't ya think :rotfl:
oooohh well here is my red meal plan for the day....its a doozy- melon
- 2 eggs scrimbled
- fresh tomatoes -roasted
- 28g oats + 1 crispbread (B)
- 250ml semi (A)
- banana
- mixed berries
- 1 activia lemon (2.5)
- peach
- plums
- King prawns
- 1/4tsp oil (0.5) to stir-fry:-
- onions
- spring onions
- carrots
- mushrooms
- celery
- peppers
- carrots
- broccoli
- 71g peas (B)
- 28g corn (1.5)
- 250ml semi (A)
- 1tsp camp (0.5)
- 1 crunch corner (4)
- melon/plums/peach/apple -depending what I fancy
Im not sure why but I really fancied porridge for my lunch-its quite nippy here, so I think thats why I wanted something nice n warming, but simple...so porridge it was
....and then nommynommy stir-fry with prawns for dinner mmmmmmmmmm
Well as a super bonus -hubby came home yesterday having won on the slot machines again...€700
bless him he came home armed with 2 more Yankee candles to add to my ever growing collection(41 spares in storage so far:rotfl:), he had ordered me some golf shoes -to make me more comfy on our Jaunts round the golf course (will keep my feet dry too)..and then he gave me €200 to put in my "treat myself pot" he made me start
(I have over €400 in there now :j)...the rest he is using to get petrol coupons for the month, pay his mess bill and his golf competition subs etc -and it means he won't have to take any money from the bank for the month
Anyway -that is enough waffle from me..
Have a lovely day all and keep up the great work...-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and...
