Hi - I have just joined as an online member and the second level of membership at £65 includes a years subs to the magazine which means it is only £5 more than the basic level.
Everything is there to download and print including the food lists and the weekly sheet.
The syns online is brilliant - I used it to do my shopping the other day and had my ocado window open next to the syns window and could just cross reference! Fab!
I have had a couple of shaky days getting started - my psyche is such that as soon as my brain thins we are on a diet, all I can do is think about food! I have given myself a stern talking to and used to inspiration I have got from here and we are on the track today!:j
Dizzy - you had a blip - hey ho. Sounds like a very measured one, and today is another day as they say. :A we can't be angels all the time!

One thing I really struggle with is keeping track of what I've eaten and if I've had my HEBs. Is there a way to measure this online or do you just print out the sheets?
Are there more recipes than is just on the members site?Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE!0 -
Hi ladies (and gents),
Another lurker creeping out into the open and hoping you don't mind.
I bit the bullet on the 13/7/2010 and joined a local slimming world class because i was finally ready to lose weight for me which hasn't been the case in the past hence the enormous number of failures i have behind me!
I've lost 22.5 lbs so far and am absolutely loving the whole ethos surrounding slimming world - no food is banned and i can eat as much 'free' food as i like and when you've an appetite the size of mine that can only be a good thing!
Well, the reason i've decided to de-lurk is you all seem so incredibly supportive and i would love to be able to pick your brains when i need to but also to try and offer support to others where i can because although i have a long long way to go on my weightloss journey i am already starting to feel like a whole new person and would love others to feel the same too!
Sorry for the waffle, not great at getting across what i truly want to say but i hope it makes sense.0 -
Hiya Daydreambeliever  welcome!
Where abouts in London are you? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

on the 'eat & slim' bit in the drop down menu go right to the bottom of the page it says recipe search - if you just put one word in here e.g chicken it will bring up all the recipe features its done in the past using chicken, It brings them up in 3's usually then underneath it says click to view the next ones. ( this is as well as the other recipe bit)0 -

Hello! Just looking at this and was expecting to see syns for the gravy......as you haven't counted any can I assume you mean gravy made with an oxo cube rather than the oxo gravy powder?
Thanks x
Yes just plain old oxo cube with no flour or anything. Was cooking for ages so reduced down nicely.
Welcome to the mad house 'newbies' the best place in town :TIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
