    Hi there,

I have done slimming world before (years ago) but have just rejoined online and am blown away by Extra Easy. It does seem too good to be true, but after reading through the last few pages of this thread I can see that IF I stick to the rules it WILL work.

I have spent the past few years trying not to obsess about food and dieting, and tried to concentrate on healthy eating and exercise. I haven't lost much weight, but go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week with a trainer, so decided to get back to basics and shift some lard!

I would love to keep checking in here as it gives me all the support that a group would do - it was just that there wasn't one that was convenient to go to, and I didn't want to miss a gym night as it takes such a long time to get into the habit!

Anyhow - that's me. Hope to lose about 4 or 5 stone so should be here for a while :rotfl:. I am just 49, and according to the doctor, just about to slip into the menopause - oh joy!

    Regards
    Lesley.
NO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........

    Morning everyone

I have been unemployed since end of June so money is an issue for me.

Guess what I have an interview this afternoon fingers crossed eh.

Dizzyk I have the opposite problem to you this morning. I seem to have a permanent date with the loo, its nerves I suppose. :o

Trouble is the job is a round 34 mile trip which is puting me in panic mode.

    Red day (so Far)

3 eggs fried in fry lite
    2 nimble toast

    minced beef and veg
    2 muller lites

    HI & Welcome

You'll always find a friendly (if a little crazy at times :D) person here and Ive found it amazingly supportive between classes to give me the kick in the pants to keep me where I need to be ;)

EE does seem a little strange - especially if youve done the red & green before....but IT DOES WORK I only ever do EE now, it feels easier to me and sits much better with feeding my OH 'normal meat&2 veg meals' :rotfl:) with no messing and sorting different things for me.

hope to see you posting again ! x

I joined online last night and as I was SW 'old school' have some reading to do to get my head around extra easy. I really like Success Express and presume EE is a bit like that but with less of the free foods on the plate.

Must go and do some reading:D
dizzyk thanks, I definitely need to make some soup today :)
