A couple of my friends who follow SW love Dominoes Pizza, so they save it for their weigh in night as their weekly treat and they still have losses each week.
Maybe you can do that with your pastie? It would be a nice little reward for your weight loss each weekAll hail to the sale!!!!!!

I ended up having Smoked Salmon Quiche for lunch (smoked salmon trimmings from asda, quark, eggs and my hea of cheese) was very filling and now all i can taste is bloomin salmon! It was lovely whilst i was eating it lol.
Am still stuffed and have my heb left along with 13 syns (check me!) As I'm on a red day am gonna have some Quorn nuggets (0.5 syns each = 3 syns) with sweet chilli sauce to dip (1.5) i think i'm gonna have these with some salady bits

Not sure how old your OH is, but my dh was exactly the same, until the last few years.....He has gained over 3 1/2 stone since then. To be fair he was underweight, but now could probably do with losing a stone!consultant31 wrote: »10% of todays weight is a good first target I think.
Ooooh excellent idea, I think I will do this myself:)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Evening all
I went 1 syn over yesterday as I was really peckish in the evening, but I haven't used the full 15 a day at all since starting plan so it's ok.
Today could have been challenging as we took the work kids out on a fun day so couldn't really take lunch as not sure what we were doing. However they went to McD's for lunch, and me and my colleague went the jacket potato place. Then we went to Lazerzone where I got chased round by teenage boys for 20mins! :rotfl: I kicked their asses though, I beat them all :j. Oh, and I went to the gym after work. I did have a small ice cream this afternoon to celebrate the sunshine, which was 5.5syns.
Green day:
B - honey nut shredded wheat (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA) and banana
L - Jacket potato, salad, pasta salad, beetroot, rice salad
D - SW chips, 2 x eggs fried in frylight, beans, RS ketchup (2syns)
Snacks - ice cream (5.5syns), kellogs fibre + (HEB), cheese (HEA), banana
Drinks - coffee, water, NAS squash
Exercise - 20mins running round at Lazerzone, 45 mins at gym
Total syns = 7.5
I haven't eaten the kellogs fibre + yet so have that to munch on tonight, plus may have some tesco corn crisps (3.5syns)
Hope you've all had good days

Evening all, I've had a lovely supper to make up for my cake fest earlier.
I fried an onion and courgette in frylight, added some chicken stock and natural yoghurt
then chucked in some cooked pasta, it was fit! They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
