Hope everyone's enjoying the sunshine - glorious up here in Liverpool today

Do any one you wonderful ones know how many syns in a locket? (the honey kind) - I have a proper sore throat today and have already had two so I kind of need to know

hi guys nice to be here iam new to slimming world and this forum was recommended to me!!

I have a question for u ive looked everywere and cant seem to find it does anyone know how many syns are in a greggs cheese and onion pasty??

Not as bad as I would have thought... but still over 15

I'm guessing the cornish are a scary amount thats why they wont tell us the syns :rotfl: probably enough for a family of 4 :eek:
