Good point. I think I do it partly from habit and I don't trust it to taste as good. I think the veg is going to end up very dry. I am going to force myself to use fry light tonight when I roast the tomatoes for the pizza and see. As tomatoes have quite a lot of liquid I think it should work.

I just spray it at the start then when I turn them I give them another good spray.....the same as when I do chips or roasties (Im definateley not 'tight' with the sprays) lol :D

thanks - damn they are so high syn :( they are so yummy. And at the mo all the regular bags have 33% extra which means 33% more syns!! :(

cant you just have part of a bag and save some in the fridge for the next day? I do this with my dairymilk.....as long as I get that 'chocolate hit' - it doesnt need to be the whole big family bar like it used to take to satisfy my craving :o

Just made up my dinner for tonight - i'm working so need to take it with me. It looks yummy, just want to check its all syn free:D

Leftover wholegrain rice, cucumber, pepper, jalapenos, beetroot, hb egg and a little of the vinegar from the beetroot jar drizzled over the top for some extra flavour.

Does anyone know how much low fat Mozzarella can be used as a HEa? I have checked online but can only seem to find the full fat mozzarella listed at 42g, was hoping I could have more if it is low fat!! I'm just writing my food plan for the week to help keep me in check over bank holiday

I can't see low fat Mozzarella listed either :( . It's already pretty low fat, so I don't know if you should have twice the amount or not - perhaps have just a little more than the 42g, say 50g, as they can't have taken much fat out if there's not much in there to start with, iyswim.

    Morning all

It has been persistantly persisting it down for the last couple of days rolleyes.gif -so no walk for me today -I was considering on going to the Gym again, but hubby pointed out that it is "the OCs PT session" today -so i will give it a miss tongue.gif being surrounded by hods of sweaty squaddies is something I can live without :D
Thanks for that info DizzyK :Dand well done on your loss too :T

Anyhow -todays red meal plan is looking like being :-
    • melon
    • big salad
    • gherkins
    • beetroot
    • ham
    • 2 baby bel goats cheese (A)
    • 3 crispy breads (4.5)
    • melon
    • peach
    • activia lemon (2.5)
    • salmon fillet
    • hm ratatouille
    • broccoli
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • 1 fibre plus (B)
    • activia peach (2.5)
So that is 2A+1B and 10 syns accounted for..
I decided to syn the crispbreads (they were really filling -so 2 will do next time) to be on the safe side which means I have a heB left for something else later ;)
So far this week I have managed 2 x 1hr sessions at the gym, 1hr on the wii and a 3hr walk around the golf course (played 8 holes too) and hopefully if it is dry enough tomorrow I will get another walk around the golf course in...so pinkies crossed that the scales are kind to me on Sunday :p

Niandra-when I use light mozarella/feta I only have the same amount as the full fat one for a heA
Lucy-Lastic -I would rather pay 0.5syn for 1/4tsp oil to roast veggies or make wedges than use spray oil. I prefer the taste, olive oils are good for me and I don't like the sticky film they used to leave on my bakeware :rotfl:... Im usually tight fisted with my syns -but oil is one place I don't mind using them on!

Right I will get off -Have a great day everyone and keep up the great work...
    SarJSmith -Pm'd you back :D

The low fat stuff can be quite watery too. I much prefer the full fat mozarella :)

Re frylite-I used it when losing majority of my weight but when I was near target and got to last of frylite I washed bottle and filled with olive oil. I don't often use all my syns so don't mind using 2 for my spray. I think its better for me than that white stuff :D
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
