First few questions are I need to find out what my healthy weight is and what my first target is of course! Also how many SINS etc am I allowed per day? ~ How do I figure these out please?

    Thanks :)

How tall are you? you're weight range is worked out from this. There is a chart available on the SW site to use.

you have between 5 and 15 syns a day. I usually have around 10-11 (but im a creature of habit with my syns going on the same choccie treats every evening lol :o)
  • Woohoo, well done on the weight loss & getting your Club 10 dizzy!! :j Any other 'movement' that we should know about this morning?? :rotfl:

I decided on the salt & vinegar snack a jacks last night (5.5) & a whole Galaxy Bubbles (8.5) both absolutely lush - 4 of the Galaxy bars for £1 in Poundland - you gotta get some peeps.... they are so worth it!! Just leave some in the shop for me!! ;)

I'm going to Whitby today so will be having fish & mushy peas - will syn the fish (in batter) at 15 syns so no choccy syns for me tonight. Actually, I tell a lie, I'll be able to have the Kelloggs Fibre Plus as my HEB as I'm not having any bread today - result!! :j

    EE
B - fruit & activia fat free yog
    L - pasta/salmon or tuna/red onion/cheese triangles (HEA) combo
    D - fish (15) & mushy peas
Snack - Kelloggs Fibre Plus (HEB)

    HEB MILK for teas

    Lunch Dyno-Rod soup, plums

    snacks plums clementines

Tea  undecided...maybe spag bol or chilli from the freezer - or a pork stir fry with some SW chips (yummy)

HEB choc n orange HIFI BAR for tonight:p

Syns kitkat 5.5 2 cubes dairymilk 3 1 cube dairymilk crunchie 1.5 =10 (but if I have the stir fry with blue dragon sauce then I cant have the 3syn dairymilk _pale_ )

    I'm going to Whitby today

    That's where I'm originally from!
Hope you have a nice time - it'll be chaos
  • can I just say before I forget: I love DizzyK! You always make me laugh, and it can't be easy for you with your dizziness (I'm currently trying to imagine you ironing :) )Guns, I think you have the choice of "1 or 2 HEA, and 2 HEB" on red and green. However your HEAs (and Bs) should be measured out and it's much more than milk in one coffee! It's to keep your bones strong etc so it's quite important.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • or it could be the other way round, 2 HEAs and 1 or 2 HEBs. Just glanced at the website but I can't see where it specifies and I don't have my book with me. Either way, Guns, you need more than just a splosh of milk - 175 ml full milk, 250 ml semi skimmed, or 350 ml skimmed!

    thank you Slimming World!
