T - felt a bit rough so had melon, pineapple, plums, muller, meringue [2.5] forgot to add that to syns yesterday but still only had 5.
Snacks - none
Syns - 12
Been a very stressful week and sleep pattern still all over the place, son finishes pre season tomorrow so I can relax til 8th Sept. Bless him hes enjoyed it so much but hes knackered and muscles ache :rotfl:. He went paintballing today as a team building exercise which the college paid for, thought that was a good idea and he didn't have many 'bullet' marks like he did when he went with the rugby club. I think hes going to like this rugby academy, hope he does as well as his G.C.S.Es.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello everybody!
You can all breath a big sigh of releif as I have now come to the decision to try Slimming World. A friend of mine has lent me all the new books for a short while so I am going solo to begin with rather than joining local group. Although I may join online at some point soon!
I hope you wont mind and get fed up of me asking lots of questions as I get started it all looks quite confusingly complicated.
First few questions are I need to find out what my healthy weight it and what my first target is of course! Also how many SINS etc am I allowed per day?
ThanksFailure is only someone elses judgement.

When you follow the EE plam (as you will be doing if using the free sample menu) you really need to be having as much fruit and veg as they tell you since this is what helps to fill you up and make sure you meet your nutritional needs. The eggs, bacon and mackerel are just there to show you how much you can eat if you want to I imagine - I don't think I could eat that after porrige and I can eat for my Country, lol.
Hope this answers some of your questions.
Thanks, I hadn't realised how different the EE was to the green and original days. I have an Asda order booked for Sunday so will have to get by on what we have here and in the garden. I have lots of frozen fruit, (blueberries, red and blackcurrants) and also fresh vegetables in the garden so if I just change some of the fruits and vegetables and fill up on things I should manage.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Had a peek at the scales today, not a good idea! Must force myself to wait until next Tuesday.
Plan for Friday:
Green day
HEA X1 = 250 ml semi skinned milk for tea etc
Breakfast: Quorn sausages, baked beans. FREE
Lunch: Left over cous cous salad FREE
Dinner: Pizza!! This is a Friday night tradition in our house. I have been doing the toppings free for years, we don't like cheese on it all that much and we have lots of vegetables on it. We use passata as a sauce, really thinly spread. 1 carton makes 6 pizzas, I freeze the extra in little pots once I have opened the carton.
The base (made in the breadmaker) = I am going to use wholemeal flour and count it as 2xHEB, then syn the extra 20g.
Passata = free
Topping = I am going to roast (with ½ tablespoon olive oil) a load of cherry tomatoes from the garden, with basil from the greenhouse, put them on top with more basil whizzed with ½ tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, chilli, capers (free) + olives (28g = 1 syn)
May add low fat mozzarella for HE A
Snacks: plums given to us by MIL – lovely.
Total syns: Olives (28g, with stones) = 1 syn
Pizza base = 80g of flour= 2 x HEB, remaining 20 g = roughly 4 syns
1 tablespoon of olive oil = 6 syns
3 squares of dairy milk = 4.5 syns
15.5 syns in totalGrocery Challenge (2 adults 2 kids)

I was a nightmare on the scales all the time between WI....OH took the batteries out tho as I was an accident waiting to happen with my balance being as it is :rotfl:
The thing is tho....you're weight can vary soooo much and what I found was that sometimes nothing was happening at all (which really got me down, especially whenI had been an angel :A- then the last day before WI is when the scales shifted....wierd how the body works ehx
