I also usually just buy 1 or sometimes 2 different types of fruits per week (usually a berry for brekkie and plums or clementines as they are pretty cheap at the mo) then change to something else instead of getting loads of different ones.:)0 -

I'm eating tonnes of fruit and things i would never have eaten before
I'll be back on here, had a look at some old posts and getting lots of ideas and inspiration

yesterday was another "off day" Me and OH went up london for the day. I did well for breakfast by having fruit and fibre and yog with my w/g crackerbread followed by a banana and satsuma..
.. then for lunch i had lamb curry from a food stall in Camden Market (oops) along with a big lamb samosa (oops again!) I also had a packet of pom bear crisps and a chicken kebab at about 10pm!! (Ok i shared the kebab with OH which isn't so bad.. and i mainly had the salad) Thank goodness we done loads of walking about!
Today i am hoping for a better day.. (but OH wants to go out again!)

Good point. I think I do it partly from habit and I don't trust it to taste as good. I think the veg is going to end up very dry. I am going to force myself to use fry light tonight when I roast the tomatoes for the pizza and see. As tomatoes have quite a lot of liquid I think it should work.Lucy_Lastic wrote: »Also, I notice that lots of people are roasting veggies with a little olive oil and counting it as a syn.
As the spray oil is free I was wondering why you don't use that - is it the taste?Grocery Challenge (2 adults 2 kids)
