    Hey guys,

Stayed the same this week - but i am happy!

Had my wedding dress fitting on Friday and it was 6 inches too big! They done it up and it fell off me! So i am extremely happy - i just have to loose another inch in 6 weeks - (should be doable!) as they are making it 1 inch smaller!

Hen night this weekend - so if i don't loose next WI i won't be devestated!

Cinema tonight - meal first (should be able to do SW friendly) and i have packed some quorn sausages & quorn pieces for my film snacks - i also have a couple of packets of mini smarties - 3.5 syns a box so if i need something sweet i can munch on those!

Glad to see all the loses and well done for all sticking to it - WE CAN DO IT!!!

Morning all, I'm so glad I posted on here yesterday, it's spurred me on to read through the posts and has helped me get ' into the zone' Although having said that it's hubbys birthday today so we'll be eating out tonight it's a Harvester so any recommendations from their new menu ? I don't want to feel deprived but at the same time don't want to lose this positive feeling. I was thinking maybe ribs with jacket and sweetcorn and obviously salad from salad bar...................Pudding maybe a bit of a challenge though I just love the 'Rocky horror' !!!!

You could have the mixed grill if you are on an original day - i usually do - just syn the fried eggs (2syn each) - try and give the sausage & onion rings away (or treat yourself!) and count the peas as a heb - add a jacket potato for second heb!

The grilled fish would work well on EE

The sweet potato burger would prob be ok if you ask from mayo on side and syn the white roll (you will have to look it up!)

The best desert would be the fruit skewers - but i would treat myself with the rocky horror - just know that if you do put on or stay the same at WI - you will know the reason - it won't be as bad!

    Hope this helps!

Sorry to get back on the the topic of dairy (I will get my head round it eventually!) but can I use fat free fromage frais in a curry instead of low fat natural yoghurt???

    Yes
(blimey, it wouldn't let me put just "yes" I've had to add more words!)

You could always do a flexible day?? eat lots of free/super free all day plan ahead for tonight- be realistic in how many drinks you're going to want, and the pudding and then stick to it - doesnt matter if it comes to 30 syns just do it then tomoro back on track but plenty superfee again all week and maybe just drop a few syns if it makes u feel happier (BUT the idea in flexible days is not to torture yourself before or after apparently) you may not lose as much as you would have liked that week.....but it avoids the 'well ive blown it so I may as well start again next week now' syndrome ;)

Rocky horror is 32 syns if you wanted to go without syns for the next day and a half and have none today i'm sure that would be OK

Personally I just cant do that so would have a curly-wurly in my bag :D

hi, can i join in again? i've had a lengthy break off SW - almost 6 months away from group and although i maintained the weight that i left at, i never lost any weight and i'm still over a stone away from target. went back to group and my consultant was so lovely, can't believe i was so scared to go back!! got my books last wednesday and read from cover to cover (again) - i am not giving up this time!!! xx

Id imagine also that the steak would be better than the ribs as ribs are pretty fatty, maybe the chicken ( miuns skin)

There arent many harvester items on the sytns online which is a bit annoying
