    Morning everyone.

Hope you all had a good evening.

Today I am going Green. Just forced myself to have breakfast as I have been skipping it a few days despite planning it - I think missing this meal is affecting my weightloss as it seems to be zero this week despite actually sticking to the plan... all naughties are within my syn allowance too as I have 28 left for 2 days.

    Green
B - 2 little toast (B) Egg (F) spring Onion (F) tomato (F) mushrooms (F) - trying to up my speed foods here.
    L - Pasta & Tomato sauce (F) salad (F) cheese (A)
D - Potato Croquettes (3 as I'll be using butter in the mash) Ratatouille (F) salad (F)
    Snx - grapes (F), nana (F), Yoghurt (3) Granola (6) Nuts (B) Coffee Frappe (A)

Phew... that seems loads of food. I'm out of practise using 2 x A&B choices as I've been doing EE for the past few weeks.

Have a good day everyone xx

Morning everyone. I'm making a new curry recipe tonight, fingers crossed it's ok and not too hot!!!

Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B) and banana
Lunch - salad, boiled eggs, couscous, fat free dressing, slad cream (1), yogurt, mixed berries
Tea - chicken balti vindaloo, rice, salad
    Snacks - pineapple, nectarine, plums
syns - unless I have anything else in the meantime I'll have a small piece of naan with my curry.

wow everyone's mealplans look really good today - especially laura's fish day!
I love fish but I dont buy enough as it's a bit too expensive, and I dont think it'd work with just tuna! (it would be a bit boring!)

My plan today looks like this:
Brek: porridge (heb) with 1/2 hea skim milk (other 1/2 in cups of tea)
banana and strawberries with fromage frais *fat free - I hope this is free after all my recent yoghurt confusion!
Lunch: 1 small slice ww bread (2.5) scrambled egg, half tin low sugar/salt baked beans
    pineapple. small fudge bar (6.0)
Dinner: Turkey curry with tomato, veg and rice (free) bit of mango chutney (3.0)
    mullerlight (1.0)

Total syns = 12.5 (a bit of a lot but trying to ease myself in gently after a week of going off plan - will try to reduce it each day)

    Hope everyone's having a good week :)

    Thanks
    B.

    Morning all

I had a pretty good day yesterday - though I struggled a bit early on in the day to get my food in. My pmt monster was kept at bay with just a curly wurly 6 syn and 1 cube of cadbury caramel 2 syn..... so I was really pretty chuffed with that. Has anyone tried the recipe in the new SW mag for the SYN FREE Spaghetti Carbonara ?
Ive done it twice now- the 1st time was a bit dry, but last night with a few tweaks it was absolutelely LUSH !!!! real filling, quick, pretty cheap and felt naughty, with some side salad or fruit salad your getting your super frees too.....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi everyone - I'm interested in joining SW tomorrow, and have absolutely no idea what to expect.

Can anyone explain to me without abbreviations or anything what I can expect?

One other problem - I'm a guy. Not trying to be sexist, but I presume most of those at SW are ladies. Do they take kindly to blokes joining, or am I best doing something else?

    Thanks :)

    Hi
Weve got 3 guys at our group at the mo.... and in the past there have been a couple of others. They usually lose weight really quick too (gits lol :p) seriously tho you will be made really welcome and the guys at our group have a real laugh....as for what to expect at class, well you'll get lots of support, lots of advice and lots of good ideas for 'keeping it real' this plan really isnt a 'diet' its more about a different way of eating....its a way of eating that you can maintain long term without feeling that you're missing out too much.
Its hard to explain but in a nutshell you can eat unlimited lean meat, fish, fresh fruit, veg, eggs, pasta, potatoe srice, pulses but dairy fibre and fats sugar or anything processed have to be counted (like I said thats in a nutshel sort of i think lol)
Just give it a go!!! honest you wont regret it :rotfl:;) oh and as i've just found......keep with this site too, its very good in between class just to motivate and help with ideas. P.s I lost 15 1/2 pound in 5 wk with SW and I ate and ate and ate............ lol

DizzyK -can you get some medication to help with the nausea/dizziness? Only I had neurosurgery in October and I couldn't have got by without it.... it didn't stop it -but it made it more manageable. Hope you are better soon
