Hi,
Just thought I would share this easy peasy breakfast sausage which is free on red and you can have about three on green as HEB!
For each patty (shaped like a thin burger) sausage.
2 oz minced pork (100g = HEB on green)
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp brown sugar
salt and pepper
Blend all the ingredients together, then shape into three thin patties. (I doubled the amount of ingredients)
Cook 3 mins each side or I use my George Foreman for approx 3-4 mins.
You could also use these for another meal, dressing up with onions, herbs or whatever you like and shape like a conventional sausage for a syn free meal.
Sounds good but surely there are syns for the brown sugar?! Might have to give them a go at the weekend.0 -
That's why I don't have EE often! I did eat quite a lot of fruit yesterday but only had EE as I had the lasagne to use up. I though egg was superfree (ie. free on both plans?) and my dessert was mainly fruit so this was superfree for dinner?0

I get my hob back today! I've only been without it for 3 full days but I've missed it!how do you cut posts like you've done above (3725) so that you just reply to the appropriate bit instead of the whole post, please?
There's no easy way to do it as far as I know. I just click 'quote' and delete the non-specific bits leaving what I want!

Hi Catt, what we were told at class is that it's now 35ml not 25ml so not strictly a double, just a leeeetle bit more that no-one would notice but still adds sneaky syns. Everyone gasped in horror! (Do you live in Scotland though? It may not have changed there in which case ignore everything I said):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hey, Redmel (or anyone else who can help) - how do you cut posts like you've done above (3725) so that you just reply to the appropriate bit instead of the whole post, please?
Basically, as flutterby says, Just quote as normal but then delete everything out of the quote box that you don't want:) Just make sure you don't delete the square brackets at the beginning and the end otherwise it won't show up correctly:)
Does anyone know the Syn values of my previous post....sorry to pester. I do have the Directory (an old one) but my mum seems to be holding it hostage:cool:

Morning all
Well I managed yesterday again!! I think!
Sysn were 2x packet ( 8?) of ww crisps and a bit of OHs snicker s(2?) and a bit of olive oil for roasting ( def no more than 2)
Dinner last night was immense, huge salad ( SF) , sweetcorn cob (F) Sweet pot ( F) beetroot roasted in oil (SF) shallots (SF) was so massive.
First time I have tried roasted beetroot () and I totally loved it, I can see this being a big feature as its superfree. A lunch of roasted beetroots with a side salad and a yog dressing sounds perfect to me!
Off away as I said later, so up till then I willl do my best!
Fruit and muller for breakf
with a bowl of butternut squash soup and a bread roll (HEB) and couscous salad, might roast the last of the beets to go with ( do they save in the fridge, I'll be away for 5 days?)
God knows what will be for dinner as I am going to sign off plan whilst im away (!!) , but hoping for a Chinese to keep within syn range today
In Spain. Ive no idea how hard it will be, im sensing fairly hard?? . Im hoping my sister who is a SW consultant has planned a SW friendly menu on her wedding dayMust avoid the chorizo and patatas bravas!!!
Hope everyone has a cool day. xxx:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Have a lovely time Lynz, Just enjoy it - you're slipping below target and you need a chorizo or 2 to hold your dress up :rotfl::rotfl::D xx

Morning, yesterday was a bust unfortunately, breakfast was fine but then hubby needed me to help him and i got dragged out the house and spent until about 2pm avoiding all the non SW food until i gave in as i was ravenous!
This morning i'm on my own though:j Have just had 2 weetabix - is it weird that i like them dry? With a Muller on the side, did mix a little yog into the end bits and it was yummy so may be having that for breakfast so i can keep my milk for tea. Will have a nectarine and an apple if i'm hungry.
Going to make a spiced carrot soup for lunch:D
Dinner will be steak and chips and salad.
Snacks - Fruit, fruit and more fruit:pThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
