Lol, I've always said nerves are a good laxative!! :rotfl:
Well done to your son, you must be so pleased
screamer, big hugs from me too, just try & focus on one thing (the smoking) & see where you go from there. Good luck
Can I ask peeps how you cook your mushrooms under the grill?? Are they whole?? How long do they need??Quite fancy trying a cooked brekkie at the weekend but don't want to end up with shrivelled up mushies!! :rotfl:
EE plan for today:
B - mullerlight & banana
L - beans on 1 x 800g wholemeal toast (HEB) with 28g grated cheese (HEA) followed by HM veggie & lentil soup followed by strawberries
D - fajita seasoned chicken with SW-friendly potato wedges followed by apple & pear
Couldn't get the Alpen Lights or the Light Butterkist from Home Bargains yesterday - BOOOO!!So don't know what my syns will be today  I do fancy some chocolate though

Sweet: do you fancy microwaving your mushrooms? Chop or not, to suit yourself, spray with a little oil and sprinkle some black pepper. One helping would be cooked through, not shrivelled, in around a minute I would say. Most nights I pop a Muller light into the freezer for about 1.5 hours. It gets a nice crunchy top, then a smooth hard creamy bit, then the middle at the bottom is just cold but not frozen - I love them like that, especially the toffee and the banana ones.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Ate half a bowl of my soup, think i over salted it:( Couldnt eat any more!
Had a toffee muller and a banana for dessert.
Did a 15 minute power walk to shops to get my prescription and steak for dinner.
Going to go for a bath and try and warm myself up, i'm trying not to put the heating on, but i'm sitting here with a big jumper on and i'm freezing! The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
