I have that book too, some very nice recipes in there but def not sw friendly. My hubby keeps making a flat bread thing from the book which is very nice and wants to do the boston beans recipe but hasn't got round to it. My posts a while back were filled with 'damn those Hairy Bikers' as son kept making things from it :rotfl:.

Ok, well I know it's a while since I did SW but if 25ml is still 2.5 syns then that to me is a short. 50ml is a double etc. I'm sure if you ask the bar they'll tell you what they serve (doubles as standard etc) but shorts are still the lowest syn way to have a drink (and yes, I'm a wine girl too)

I've got one of each of the Fry/Salad lights and they're all minging. Hubby was cooking some mushrooms with the butter one the other day and the smell made me heave!

Yep, I think that's pretty good syn-wise, I might get some because I know even I couldn't overeat dark chocolate :whistle:

Hi everyone,
not had a chance to get online much these past few days but really pleased to hear of everybodies losses.
Dizzyk - so sorry to hear of your OHs news, that is absolutely horrific.

I went to the early class this am as I'm on annual leave and have lost 2.5 lbs,:j I couldn't belive it. I have been really good this week but I normally lose weight more slowly than this, i am just 1/2 lb away from my 1/2 stone.
I decided to join the family in a chinese tonight and a can of lager, just as a treat , I enjoyed it soooo much, but I can't log on the website to find the syns for it ( I have forgotten the password already) has anybody any idea what prawn cantonese with boiled rice on EE might be?

sorry to go on but can i just clarify the cookie crumble syn situation - 1 square is 1 syn no matter what size bar you buy ?

Well I've had a pretty good day today - EE for once for me!
B; bacon, egg & beans
L; WW soup (2.5syns I think - chicken noodle) & two satsumas
D; leftover beef lasgane from the other night (approx 3.5syns for the cheese sauce I used) & meringue, grapes & banana muller (3 syns)
SS Milk has been used in 3 cups of tea - no HB used as I didn't have any HEb soups to hand so used the syn one instead.
Just hope I can resist the small dairy milk bars hubby bought me in Costco!
