Success! Took the kids to their swimming lessons today, would normally have snacked whilst watching but I took a box of grapes and worked my way through them. Then went to Morrison's cafe to kill time before a dentist appointment, just had a cappuccino - counting the milk as part of my HEA. No sugar etc.
Looking forward to dinner, must go and use the food processor to grate the cabbage and carrots. I am going to do all of it and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the week.

    Hi all,

Having a green day today, I think....!

Breakfast - weetabix and whole milk (HEa & HEb)
Lunch - Leftover spag bol with a jacket potato (free and HEb)
Dinner - SW chips, beans, eggs and whatever else I fancy, maybe mushrooms (all free)

I have another HEe to fit in somewhere, might chuck some cheese on the chips, yum.

Oh yes, I also had an orange this afternoon, some strawberries this morning (all free) and half a kit kat this morning with my cuppa (5.5syns)

    Does that sound ok?

    Cheers :D

Sounds good to me, sounds like an EE to me then you dont have to syn the potato ( or the spag bol? ) whatever it is?

Although that means no cheese on the chips?!!?

They are all of a muchness IMO

Have decided that my target for christmas is to get to my 6st award! But the week after the wedding i am going to binge on everything i need to to get it out of my system! Then i can start a fresh!

All the extra exercise on your honeymoon will help with the weight loss ;):rotfl:
