Forgot to say, I checked the syns for the M&S cajun chick & it was zero!! :j So I decided to have the other half of hubby's wispa duo (he doesn't know yet
) worked it out as 7 syns, hopefully that's right.

I'm thinking of making a curry today for lunch but wanted to freeze some, the curry I'm doing is the creamy one where you add the yogurt just before serving ? so can I freeze the curry after I add the yogurt ? any help please most welcome.
I'm not sure I would add the yoghurt before freezing as it could 'separate' when re-heating??0 -
Morning all
I did my at home WI in this morning and have lost half a pound. To be honest I'm slightly disappointed as I was 100% all week, but it is my star week so that may well be a factor. Still it's a loss rather than a gain so going in the right direction

Morning, this is my first 'proper' SW day:T I joined online yesterday so need to get going. Just trying to compile a meal plan as i need to get some bits and bobs in. Have a fair amount of fruit in but need some veggies and fry light etc.
Have had a cup of coffee with some milk from my allowance and having a weetabix now, have left enough milk for a cup of tea later. Thought measuring my allowance out in the morning was a good plan so i didnt inadvertently go over.
Will have a yoghurt and some fruit if i'm still hungry after my weetabix.
Does anyone know of any syn free yoghurts that don't contain gelatine? I really try and avoid it and i noticed last night that muller lights have it in:(
Dinner tonight will be spag bol, will have to syn a bit of olive oil though as i made it pre SW and i'm not wasting it! Better go defrost it actually:p

:T Hey well done on the lossIf I have any loss at all *week Im mightily chuffed with myself;) - as its been known for a pound or 2 gain at times with the bloats pre sw ! And think what loss you will have to look forward to next week if you remain 100% this week :A x

Thanks Lisa, i'll look into it:D
Also weighed myself this morning, am 10st 3 , though it is TOTM and i feel horribly bloated so not sure if that will skew it a little.
My end goal is about 8st or so.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Morning everyone.
I am trying Reds as of tomorrow as I am finding I am getting bloated and uncomfortable a lot with pasta and noodles especially. So I think reducing the amount of carbs I eat may help - but first I need to use up the couscous and lasagne already prep'd.
Today (EE)
B - 2 toast (B) SF fried Egg (F)
L - Couscous (F) Chicken (F) ham (F) salad (F) feta (0.5 A) olives (1)
Mid Aft - fruit & yog (F)
D - Veggie lasagne (2 + 0.5 A) salad (F)
Evening - bowl of fruit & yog (F)

You could try Shape Zero - I don't have the outer cardboard sleeve & it doesn't list the ingredients on the pot, but it does say suitable for vegetarians so presumably no gelatine.
Good luck on SW0
