Do you add anything to the balsamic vinegar or just have it on it's own as the dressing?

I would add a little lemon juice to it myself :)

You have to watch which balsamic you get as some have syns so I've noticed.

Am off out to watch son do his fitness run, hubby gets a workout too as he walks the dog [fights with him all the way round as dog just wants to chase my boy, or any other joggers come to that :rotfl:]
Hubby reckons he gets a cardio workout at the same time :rotfl:. My exercise is to carry the water bottle and count the laps son does :D. We do have a fair walk to the running track though.

Just a note, have found that my stomach must have shrunk as can't eat no where near what I used to. Don't know how I'm going to maintain by having extra HEs as what I eat now is more than enough. Don't really want to have extra syns as thats a slippery slope for me, so what do i do? :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I am finding the same thing. Like If I have banana and muller, I struggle to finish it. I can sometimes eat massive meals, but not recently, I jsut cant seem to fit it in. and still losing. Even if I do have more sysn ( it is a slippery slope, check out yesterdays efforts by me, shocking:( )

I start my meal when Im eating it with the superfree to make sure I eat 1/3rd, dont want to slow this down as i feel so healthy ( I aim for 1/2 superfree, manage this about 50% of the time)

I honestly dont know what to suggest. Do you manage both extra HEAs? I dont , I dont like cheese much so have it once in a blue moon- and drink skim milk so a pint is more than enough. HeBs extra are easier I think, but I still dont think I can or do manage them. On green days does that mean there should be even more HEs when maintaining ie 3 of each??

Aftew 8 years on and off SW I really need to get my a*&e in gear and get to target as my weight is creeping in the wrong direction!

Struggling for lunches (usually eat in the car while reading so as to take a break from my desk) without bread - any suggestions welcome. No cooking facilities other than hot water but I find a mug shot doesn't fill me up at the mo on it's own.

Pls can I have syn values for WW chicken noodle soup & tomato soup. Thanks

    Ta

    Do you do EE Catt?

I would go with couscous salad or cold savoury rice, loads of chopped veg like radish pepper mushrooms tomatoes, whatever. Some grilled chicken in it or ham or something? Or leftover meat from night before?HEB can be crispbread, which you can have with FF cottage cheese?
Fruit salad, yoghurt? Packet of crisps ( the WW ones are 3.5 syns) Alpen lite bars? Had quorn poppin bites the other day they woud be good cold as a snack ( 1.5 for half packet, plenty)
Flask of superfree soup? HEB roll? As we go into winter leftovers like free chilli or stews could be taken in a hot-food-flask.

Im starting to think about lunches for taking out as Ive spent a fortune recently being unprepared and I need to be thriftier for sure. These is what Ive come up with so far!

dIZZY, we're having a bbq too lol. (yesterday too. Oops!)

Unfortunately, I think I've overdone it this weekend, and I don't think the ride from Xflatts to Silsden and back will have made life any easier, because I've been starving when I've got back lol.)

I don't care, this weekend has been fab!

Good luck ladies, I hope you are all stronger than me :-)
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Thanks lynz - I only do EE when I have to as I'm 'old school' and find G & R second nature. I didn't think of cold savoury rice, thanks! I forgot about my pagen krisprolls for HEb too! Don't find fruit salad fills me up - I try to only snack on fruit and have as few a syns as possible (with OH around I still have them but if I try not to then I stay within my allowance!)
My food flask doesn't keep things hot which is disappointing (must have been cheap) and only liquids will fit in my thermos.
I love pasta & potato salad but never been any good at making them plus I love them because they're covered in mayo (and exra light isn't worth it!)

Nooooooo, please don't think that, you're a very valued member of this thread. It's just that we'd all hate for the forum to be closed if anyone objected. It's fine to paraphrase, just not print off lumps from the 'members only' section.
