Mmmmm, mango, pineapple & muller sounds lush

I've been looking at the lower-syn chocolate treats in the SW book (buttons, fudge, milky way etc) as I know now that I can't be trusted with just eating half of the higher-syn stuff :o

Do you want me to tell you how many syns in a picnic or do you already know??

    11.5!!

I usually buy the family bars of dairy milk and caramel (works out cheaper).....but i'm very good at portion control with that as a rule:A

    - However, when I had raging PMT last week OH bought me Galaxy cookie crumble 45g bar and left half in the car (knowing the lift was broken and I had no chance of getting at it) :rotfl::rotfl:

curly wurly is good as it takes a bit longer to eat ;) 6 syn

    You're very good :)

I don't touch bars of chocolate any more as I know I can't be trusted with them, I don't miss it though which is good!

I use fromage frais as an extra addition to syn free carbonara sauce with the quark and also in quiche.... it works really well and you get a nice cheesy taste with no syns ;)

Upload them to photobucket (free) - set them to upload at forum size so they are not enormous, or re-size once you have them uploded. Once it is on copy the 'IMG' code and then paste this code straight into your reply to message box on here. When you post the picture will appear.

    Still feel horrid and bloated.

    Todays plan:

B - bacon, scrambled eggs and wholemeal toast (HEB)
L - courgette soup (HEA Milk in soup)
D - roast lamb, carrots and green beans

Syns - butter 3.5, wine with dinner 6

    snacks - apple

Ive had to learn to be good..... and it wasnt easy ;) but it was eating the full size bars that made me fat in the first place :o

now ive only got 14 weigh ins  till we go to mexico for a month for xmas & new year....so I really really have no choice about portion control with the choccie ( well I dont want greenpeace coming and towing me back out to deep water when im paddling in the sea do I !!:rotfl:)
and If I try just do without it.....im more likely to binge, so I allow regular small little bits every night after 8pm to keep the cravings and the fairies at bay :D

    Hi Lo

Really pleased to hear your feeling more like your cheery self ;)

Best foot forward now....then with the other one take a big kick at the fairies :rotfl: x x

Yesterday was a good day I think, we did have a takeaway for dinner but I just had half a chicken chow mein, so as it's 11.5 syns for a whole one I counted that as 6 syns. Brekkie was yoghurt and fruit. Lunch was home made butternut squash soup, 3 pagan krisp rolls(Heb) with asda chilli & pepper cottage cheese. Snacks were 2 alpen lights (Heb) and more fruit. Hea was milk used in drinks.
    :D
Today brekkie, fruit and yoghurt, Lunch 1 pork steak with fat removed ( did put 2 on my plate but couldn't eat the 2nd one!) sprouts, courgettes, gravy (2 syns) potato (Heb) so........ so far so good. Those fairies can just keep right away from me.
