Hello happybunny: do you weigh in on a particular day? If so, I would be happy to do mine on the same day - I will just be using the scales at home. You must have done so well to get to target - where/when are the "fairies" getting you?

Tuesday's at the moment, will be nice to have someone keeping me motivated! I'm not doing so great at the moment! My main problem is I got to target (8 stone 5 pounds from 11 stone) by not eating healthy food and generally not eating much at all and still splurging on rubbish every now and then. So I lost a stone in the worst way possible!

I contacted slimming world and spoke to consulant 31 but as I don't have 7 pounds to lose they won't take me, same problem with joining the online scheme. I weight 9 stone now, which is a perfectly acceptable weight for my height (5,2) but I only seem to maintain it by eating rubbish, so I want to eat healthily and stick around 8 stone 7. Being rather short I can tell in my clothes as soon as I get to 9 stone and above the size 12 comes out and I'm a 10 at 8,7 which I'm more comfortable as.

The fairies get me all day everyday! I can quite easily much through a lifetimes supply of chocolates. Used to be a pack of biccys too but I'm allergic to gluten so don't do that so much, I can only eat 5 or 6 of the gluten free ones at a time haha!! I'm 26 and my mum keeps saying my metabolism will slow down soon and I'll get away with less then! I've started using DizzyKs trick of saving my syns till the evening and snacking on fruit at work as I was using them up in the day and then being tempted in the evenings too. When do they get you?

    WOW essay!

I decided to have a small jacket spud with cheese (HEA) before going out so i won't be too peckish at the picnic and eat crap!

I'm not a coeliac but my ex partner was so I have a fairly good understanding of it and the diet so may be able to help you a bit!!!

My main issues is the HEBs. I don't really know if my bread and pittas etc contain as much fibre as a lot of them are made from rice/potato flour so don't know if they work in the same way and as such some days I don't have them which maybe affecting my loss overall. Any tips?

    Hello ladies.

Today have tried to be good, here goes.

Breakfast- cup of coffee, some strawberries and 2 bananas
    Snack- more strawberries
Lunch-3 ryvitas with low fat philly
    Snack- More strawberries
Tea, and this is where it gets interesting- Asda hot and spicy chicken, bacon trimmed to within an inch of it's life (hate meat fat anyway so always have it like that) new potatoes fried in frylight, mushrooms, bit of cheese sprinkled on top and maybe a dab of bbq sauce, which makes this just a twist on chicken new yorker as mentioned a few pages ago.
Snack later- MORE strawberries, another banana, maybe an apple coz got to eat all my fruit up, it's not looking too good right now.

Am starving this evening, have been a busy bee all day again. On a plus side, my kitchen is looking more bearable than it has since we moved in. Going to start painting it tomorrow!

Good luck ladies, and well done to all the losers! :-)

Dizzy, how is the lift getting on?

Hey well done you :T:T that menu sounds a bit good ! has someone kidnapped the old screamer and replaced her by the new improved breakfast eating one :p;)

Lift update.....tis still knackered.....the engineer has ordered the parts needed - and I'm still stuck in here
I missed my physio today cos I couldnt get out....Just hope if there is a fire they send firemen with strong backs to get me.:rotfl:

Its bloody ridiculous tho, I took this apartment as it had the lift-and everything was easy access for me. Its got a security barrier at the entrance thats activiated by a key fob that used to work from my balcony (so I could let my visitors in) then when the barrier kept breaking (kids pulling the aerial off) the managing agents decided to replace the whole barrier with a new heavy duty one......except now you have to be right up at the barrier to open it (designed for when your in your car) When asked why it no longer works at a distance.....its a cost issue it costs more money to have a hidden aerial.
Then when Im in hospital having the latest Neurosurgery.....they decide to install stupid lighting in the communal corridors (there is no natural light even up on the penthouse floor where I am-youd have thought they would have put those roof lights inthat dont use electric?) anyway...they install these sensor lights that are so sensitive you have to be like linford bloody christie to get between them to keep the corridor lit!!:o I came home on a zimmer frame hugging the walls with the vertigo while OH was running about like a nutter giving me some light. Theyve altered the setting a bit now for me after OH kicked off at them but its still hard work. AND NOW THE F*CKING LIFT IS BROKE :rotfl::rotfl:
I think its nearly time for my kit kat.....my pmt is showing :o lol

Dizzy, hand on heart, if you need a hand with anything let me know!! My body might be a bit knackered but my legs work great! I understand that the whole palaver must be getting right on your wick. Stay calm and eat the man who comes to fix the lift lol. PMT rocks...NOT!! Breakfast Screamer btw has just realised that I don't need to have a massive plateful of food to get me going, and having a cup of coffee with whatever I decide to have makes it go down a bit easier. Can't cope with cereal, might have that for lunch every day instead :-)

Oh, tea was AMAZING!!!!! I had spicy woodsmoke bbq sauce with it and it topped off the meal perfectly. I forgot to give the sauce to OH so he didn't experience the culinary masterpiece that I've just created. Do you think it's possible to win Masterchef by cooking something from a little cardboard box? lol

In the past month I have given up cigarettes, stopped biting my nails, haven't touched a bar of chocolate, switched from Coke to Diet Coke, have quit sitting on my backside all day, virtually stopped drinking and have started decorating the house. SW has changed my life, with a little help from my online friends :-) I can't believe how chipper I am to say time of the month started yesterday!!!!! Lovin' Life, and lovin' you all :-)

ETA: Dizzy, does our consultant sell Scan Bran at group? Think I'm going to be needing it before long!
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Coeliac disease is slightly different to a food allergy as it doesn’t cause anaphylaxis. However it’s still a very serious condition that affects what foods can be eaten. When people with coeliac disease eat foods containing gluten, (such as wheat, barley and rye) it damages the small intestine, stopping the body absorbing nutrients. This can then lead to diarrhoea, weight loss and eventually malnutrition.

Fitting Food Optimising in with coeliac disease…
fish.jpgThere are absolutely tons of Free Foods
that don’t contain gluten, including fruit, vegetables, rice, potatoes, vegetables, fresh meat and fish.
You can also buy specially manufactured gluten-free products in nearly every supermarket these days, including flour, bread, biscuits and pasta. Some popular brands* of gluten-free products include: Antoinette Savill, Barkat, Dietary Specialities, Glutafin, Granny Ann, Juvela, Lifestyle Healthcare and Trufree. You can check out Syn values for their products on the manufacturer search on Syns Online.

Great to see those of you at Target still around - very motivating for the rest of us! I live down in South Norfolk, near Diss. Whereabouts are you?

I dont eat bread as a rule anyway. Im not into those piffling little "slices of cloud" like nimble or the like, have tried them before.

my HEB is almost always alpen lites which Im guessing are a no go for you, but stewed cooked fruit or tinned fruit are also HEB and you get a lot for the HEB as well.

I will definately be doing more tinned and cooked fruit as we are getting closer to winter and the cheap strrawbs and other berries will be no more _pale_

im sure take it eazy will regret cursing the pineapples when come november they will be 3 quid each  :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
