6.5 syns on all plans for 25g portion or 19 for the whole bag. I did consider putting prawns in as the free food but thought that would be pushing it a bit :rotfl:

:) thanks. will share half the bag with OH tonight and save half for another day. 1/4 is 4.75 syns. Will go over my limit today but never mind, my own fault for having the unnecessary (but yummy) naan with lunch

    Hey guys,

Struggling at the moment - i need to eat more superfree food but don't know how to incorporate it (not a great fruit lover!)

Also struggling with what to eat whilst driving - drove for 2 hours this morning & needed a nibble (i get bored & can't smoke in the company car!) - but nothing to nibble on - grapes had gone mouldy! Anyone else have that problem? Any suggestions?

Also, i am going to bring it up again - sorry - but i haven't 'been' since Sunday night! And i have had 2 punnets cherries, whole bag frozen raspberries, cherries and whole bag of frozen broccoli, culiflower & carrots (trying to use up freezer stuff) and had scan bran yesterday and still no 'movement' although there has been alot of wind! Starting to feel really bloated & worried cause i have my final wedding dress fitting tomorrow and my wedding in 9 days! I hope something 'moves' soon!

    Anyone know a quick fix?

I think it is PMT for me this week (even though i am on contraceptive injection and have no monthly visitor!) as i have been raiding the fridge & choco box! Blooming Fairies!!!

Well done for all the losses x

Hello everyone. I was on a MSE SW thread a couple of years ago, but gave up. I'm now back on SW, using the on-line Body Optimize and so far so good. I fould the support last time really helpful and would love to join you all again.

Recognize some of the names from before (Hi Consultant, and Mrs McC). Extra Easy for me so far with the very odd green day thrown in.

    Thanks

    HI nessie

I am not a bit lover of fruit either but dont mind it with yoghurt, could you pull over and have a scoff? I am eating ainsley couscous with loads of added superfree, radish, spring onion, carrot, peppers, grilled mushrooms and courgettes ( done on GF grill) this travels well in a tupperware?

Otherwise what about syn free onion bhajis or pakora type things? Would need a bit of advance planning?

2x Alpen lites are a good HEB good travelling food

Im currently eating some Quorn "poppin bites" 3 syn for the whole pack ( I just had half) and I bet these would be ok cold?

Otherwise all I can say is dont eat while driving that is another reason why I piled it on, every petrol station seemed to have something I "needed" :D eg grab bag crisps or a large size twix

Them "fridge raiders" are low ish, 2.5 for the tikka or the mexican chilli ones but I havent tried them so not sure what they are like?

OK guys help me out here:

I have eaten the following today

    Banana and yog
    ww S&V hoops 3.5
half pack of quorn poppin bites 1.5
half ainsley CC with loads of veg in it
    HEA skimmed milk

Tonight I was going to do roast veg but I have other stuff going off that I need to have instead.

I have a wagamama sauce that is 17 syns for the whole jar, I will have about a third or maybe a quarter(??)

Its a coconut curry type thing and Im hoping to make a curry meal with green beans, babycorn, sugar snaps, spring onions, mushrooms, courgette and pepper, with rice and a grilled pork chop

If I go green day can I still have the pork chop?

I havent had any other meat today?

Dont know whether its worth it or just stick to EE?

Dont want to waste this sauce but also dont want to use up my syns with it either

Havent had enough fruit today so need to get on with it- have been out adn not really eaten due to moneysaving and have needed to eat the minute I get through the door!

Very confused with it today, prob as Im about to waste a dime bar worth of syns on a sauce :wall:

  • Thanks dizzy & niandra for the bhaji info :D

niandra, can I ask what other SW-friendly bits & pieces you did for your nicpic please??

dizzy, I'm definitely no Delia in the kitchen either, lol, but my roulade turned out great - I'm really proud of myself!! :D I was a bit worried when it came out of the oven looking like a giant yorkshire pud though :rotfl: does everybody's look like that?? :o Also, sorry if you've already mentioned this previously, but what do you use as the 'cream' filling?? I used half a tub of quark as per the recipe, and added 1tbsp of fat-free fromage frais & 2 heaped tsp of splenda. Is that too much splenda?? I've eaten about a 1/6th already & it does taste good!! :D

LOL mine rose up a bit scarey looking (I thought I'll never be able to roll that unless I lay on it first :rotfl:) then as it cooled it flattened.

I just used quark....but it was the runnier stuff from asda, and some vanilla essence....the peach I put in it was reallllly over ripe and very sweet anyway with the strawbs but I guess splenda would be nice now youve mentioned it :p

where in Norfolk are you? Theres a couple of us on here in Norfolk.
I am at target and have done it all at home with all the support coming from this forum. Don't think I've really thanked everyone [some not been on here for a while so can't thank them] enough for ALL the support. Don't really know if I could have stuck to it without you all so
    thankyou.gifthankyou.gifthankyou.gifthankyou.gifthankyou.gifthankyou.gifthankyou.gifthankyou.gifthankyou.gif
Great to see those of you at Target still around - very motivating for the rest of us! I live down in South Norfolk, near Diss. Whereabouts are you?
    Hi Liz,

I do a weekly weigh in at home - well actually in boots so I don't get on the scales twice a day!! I'm supposed to be a maintainer but I seem to be gaining 1lb a week so I'd love the support.
Hello happybunny: do you weigh in on a particular day? If so, I would be happy to do mine on the same day - I will just be using the scales at home. You must have done so well to get to target - where/when are the "fairies" getting you?

    Hi liz

a few of us on here are doing the plan at home!

You can join online as well to give you the online access to the syns database. The support and advice here is fantastic, and 24/7 :D
Lynzpower, do you you have to pay to join online? Do you thnk it is worth it? I have all my books etc from last year and I tend to cook from scratch, so won't need to be looking up lots of food (I think, although I could see how it goes.).
Flying back to the UK tomorrow, won't really be around until Saturday but I am planning a meal plan and big shop then. Quite excited about the whole thing!

    Afternoon all

I was planning a night in tonight but instead I am going to an outdoor theatre event with friends and we are all bringing a picnic. So I've had to make a SW picnic quickly. Just hope I'm not tempted by the others food!

    Green day for me:

B - honey nut shredded wheat (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA)
L - couscous salad with cherry toms, sp onion and sweetcorn.
D - more couscous salad, savoury rice, HB eggs, veg crudities, houmous (HEB),
Snacks - banana, HB egg, jacket spud with cheese (HEA), 2 bourbon biscuits (7syns), 4 tortilla chips (?syns)
Drinks - NAS squash, water, coffee, beer (6syns)
