Hey guys,
Struggling at the moment - i need to eat more superfree food but don't know how to incorporate it (not a great fruit lover!)
Also struggling with what to eat whilst driving - drove for 2 hours this morning & needed a nibble (i get bored & can't smoke in the company car!) - but nothing to nibble on - grapes had gone mouldy! Anyone else have that problem? Any suggestions?
Also, i am going to bring it up again - sorry - but i haven't 'been' since Sunday night! And i have had 2 punnets cherries, whole bag frozen raspberries, cherries and whole bag of frozen broccoli, culiflower & carrots (trying to use up freezer stuff) and had scan bran yesterday and still no 'movement' although there has been alot of wind! Starting to feel really bloated & worried cause i have my final wedding dress fitting tomorrow and my wedding in 9 days! I hope something 'moves' soon!
Anyone know a quick fix?
Well done for all the losses x
Have you tried fibregel? For the movement issues.
I blend up superfree's and add them to sauces - even chicken tikka! You can't taste them! I presume this is okay as its just like soup but a sauce.Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE!0 -
Hello ladies.
Today have tried to be good, here goes.
Breakfast- cup of coffee, some strawberries and 2 bananas
Snack- more strawberries
Lunch-3 ryvitas with low fat philly
Snack- More strawberries
Tea, and this is where it gets interesting- Asda hot and spicy chicken, bacon trimmed to within an inch of it's life (hate meat fat anyway so always have it like that) new potatoes fried in frylight, mushrooms, bit of cheese sprinkled on top and maybe a dab of bbq sauce, which makes this just a twist on chicken new yorker as mentioned a few pages ago.
Snack later- MORE strawberries, another banana, maybe an apple coz got to eat all my fruit up, it's not looking too good right now.
Am starving this evening, have been a busy bee all day again. On a plus side, my kitchen is looking more bearable than it has since we moved in. Going to start painting it tomorrow!
Good luck ladies, and well done to all the losers! :-)
Dizzy, how is the lift getting on?Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -
Lynzpower, do you you have to pay to join online? Do you thnk it is worth it? I have all my books etc from last year and I tend to cook from scratch, so won't need to be looking up lots of food (I think, although I could see how it goes.).
Flying back to the UK tomorrow, won't really be around until Saturday but I am planning a meal plan and big shop then. Quite excited about the whole thing!
Liz
Yes you do pay for online.
I dont personally pay as I am BROKEbut my sister is a SW consultant and she gives me advice along with alll the advice I get off here and off website. I do buy the magazines though and have done a couple of the recipes from there but most of all I just cook a lot of what I always made but minus the oil . (Although I havent had a pie for ages, or a hm cake or HM white bread
)
I think its entirely possible to do it from home, moreso if you have been to classes before.
I would only weigh self once week though. I have only done that until scales broke and still havent successfully replaced them:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
HI nessie
I am not a bit lover of fruit either but dont mind it with yoghurt, could you pull over and have a scoff? I am eating ainsley couscous with loads of added superfree, radish, spring onion, carrot, peppers, grilled mushrooms and courgettes ( done on GF grill) this travels well in a tupperware?
Otherwise what about syn free onion bhajis or pakora type things? Would need a bit of advance planning?
2x Alpen lites are a good HEB good travelling food
Im currently eating some Quorn "poppin bites" 3 syn for the whole pack ( I just had half) and I bet these would be ok cold?
Otherwise all I can say is dont eat while driving that is another reason why I piled it on, every petrol station seemed to have something I "needed"eg grab bag crisps or a large size twix
Them "fridge raiders" are low ish, 2.5 for the tikka or the mexican chilli ones but I havent tried them so not sure what they are like?
Thank you - sound like good ideas - i did go through a phase of cooking the quorn chicken/steak style pieces with spices & snacking on those and quorn sausages chopped up - i am lucky i don't have to do it often & i think i was just worried cos i put on this week and the wedding & dress fitting coming up! Just need to eat more superfree rather than just free stuff!
UPDATE: i am so glad we have a seperate toilet at work! The scan bran must have worked! :rotfl:0 -

Thats more like it Screamer
Plenty of fruit there. I meant to mention yesterday, it isnt the VOLUME of food that you eat thats important its the PROPORTION of it thati is superfree.
So on the days when you dont fancy eating much at all, as long as 1.3rd of what you do manage to get in is superfree, then you'll do well on EE. I try to aim for 1/2 superfree and when I have hit "half" per day my figure looks a lot more defined as if I am carrying less water
While we are on the subject of loos, ( ok, we were a few days ago) has anyone else noticed constant wee needs. Im not getting up sometimes 3 times in the night  I have never done this before in my life?!?!? Wonder if its all this superfree that is, lets face it, mainly water?!!?!?! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? you can have 57g of pork as a HEB if your going green you have 2 HEBs and youll have to syn any remaining weight?
thanks dizzy I think ill stick to EE.
Have thought about thinning the sauce out with some of my HEA milk to stretch it out and reduce syns :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
