Anyone Pleeeeeeease!
Thanks
I am not sure as Ive never made it but I think it would. You can always add extra veg like some peppers, onions, mushrooms, potato? Chickpeas ( are the free? think so?) to bump the veg aspect up a bit:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Those all inclusives are killers on the waistline eh but boy dont you enjoy adding those inches at the time lol ! Were off to Mexico at Christmas so Im desperate to lose another 3 stone before then(again...I was3 stone lighter last xmas) . I agree that its great to have some support on the rough days though.0

It would depend on what you add to the mushy pea curry. Mushy peas are not superfree, neither is rice. "Superfree" are things that are free on both red and green menus, that is, vegetables rather than pulses. You could add loads of onions, tin of tomatoes (is there one in there already, I cant remember the recipe), mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach ..... or do a side dish of spinach & cauliflower curry.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
