    Hey all,

Well done on the losses! I've had a pretty good day today -but the faries got diverted me to Sainsbury's and made me get some whoopsied Rasberry Muffins! That's the only synned product I've had today which is a real sucess for me.

I had a telephone interview for a job earlier today so I'm hoping to hear if I have the job at some point tomorrow.

    Today's diary has been EE:

B - Bran flakes (HEB) with milk (HEA)

    Snack - Watermelon

L- Pasta + Quorn sausage salad ( lettuce, toms, cucumber)

D - Beef stir fry (with onion sweetcorn, peppers, mushroom) (2syn)

Oooh I've also ditched the dressing on my salad. Next time I shop I'll be looking for fat free versions as these are free!

    1 timeout finger (5.5syns)

    Whooo Im a loser :D

Lost 5.5lb this week. Ive put it down to doing 6 red & 1 green BUT eating LOADS of fruit & veg. I knew the EE didnt suit me ( a shame cos i really enjoyed the flexability).

We had food sampling in class & the mousaks out of the mag was fab. Had lovely curried eggs, cheese cake, trifle. Didnt like the scan bran cake though

takeiteasy, great news about the job.
Good luck to you all this week, hope you have faboulous losses

Thanks for the congrats everyone, I have come down from my high and feeling a bit flat but think its because I'm tired and IBS playing up this evening.

Today I have mostly been eating:

    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee

L - salad [lettuce, cue, tom, celery], new pots, beetroot, s/cream [1]

    T - cheesy nooodles [a], beans

Snacks - fibre plus , pineapple, melon + muller

    Syns - 1

I have been out walking a lot today, walked dog this morning, walked with son to rugby pitch [miles away] so he could do fitness/running then walked the dog and posted letter about 7pm. Am shattered now :D.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • I've been good today. I was dreaming about my 2 ginger biscuits and piece of fudge all day so when I got in 15 mins ago went and got them straight away. I actually feel quite content now, I can't remember the last time I really enjoyed eating something so !!!! and it feel satisfying. Thanks DizzyK[/B you have given me willpower!

Does anyone have any tips for eating out. It's my birthday soon and i want to behave but i don't really want to go and have a salad either!

  • Happy Bunny - I always have Nando's if I'm going to eat out - acccording to my SW Consultant it's the healthiest restaurant when it comes to SW. I always have half a chicken and chips and then just go half syns the rest of the week and usually get a stay the same which I'm happy with if I've had a yummy meal out!
  • Hi everyone, thanks for the welcome. Some really great loses, really spurs me on reading about everyones success. :T

Had a pretty good day food wise and ate loads of fruit and veg. After reading all the posts about lentils it got me in the mood for lentil dhal so I made a huge pot for dinner with loads of super free veg in it, was SO yummy (if I do say so myself lol). Dhal always freezes well so will bag up what is left tomorrow for future meals.

So today I had on EE:
B: Orange, grapes, natural yogurt, 28grms oats [heb]
S: 2 slices of honeydew melon (luv it!)
L: Chickpeas, tuna, salad (lettuce, tom, cucumber, pickles, red pepper), balsamic and fat free dressing
S: Muller Light Satsuma Yogurt, nectarine
D: SuperfreeVeg Filled Lentil Dhal, glass of 250ml milk [hea]

No syns today and not hungry for any - does it matter if I dont have any and maybe save some for the weekend? Not really sure how the syns work. Think Im joining a class on Thursday with my (size 10!) sister and her mate.
