Nooo Dizzy don't give in to the fairies you are my inspiration!
I had a terrible weekend far too much wine and other fairy related products. Drawn a line under it but decided that I need to start using my syns better. I'd barely been using them before as a square of chocolate led to a bar, but come the weekend I just eat crap because i've starved myself of the right to treats.
So i've been and bought a few treats today and worked out what I can have per day like Dizzy K does. Then I know what i'm allowed. I've also promised myself that if i go over that amount the whole lot goes in the bin and no treats for the rest of the week.
Anyway today... so far so good)

Just to let you know that Jelly Bely beans are 1 syn for 5 sweets. I was bought a whole packet for my birthday yesterday of my favourite buttered popcorn ones and have had 50 today!!!!!! I could have sat and scoffed the lot so i thought that was quite disciplined of me!Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

Hi Everyone!
I have been following SW EE for a couple of weeks on my own and came across this thread last week. I have read through LOADS of your posts and you all seem like a lovely bunch so thought it was about time I said hi and introduce myself...and hope you will let me join you! My names Jen, Im 29 (30 in 7 weeks!) and weigh 11st 8lbs.
I've actually been 'healthy eating' for about 6 weeks now and have only lost 3lbs despite being very good with both my diet, exercise and water intake. Was exercising 5 times a week so thought maybe I should cut back on it to see if that is why Im not losing, but nope, doesn't appear to be that - and Im definitely eating enough. You all seem to be losing weight fairly easily on this plan and I have been following it religiously, tracking everything I eat and drink on the SW site, but I havent lost anything since I started SW. Confuzzled...
Not going to give up though as I have 22lbs to lose to finally get to my target of 10st after losing and keeping off 3 stones a few years ago (was 14st 4lbs at my heavist). Hoping you guys can help me keep on track! May join a class too but very skint at the mo so wanted to see how I got on doing it myself first.
I know I'm probably sounding quite negative but I'm really not feeling that way - I know I will get there (just not for my 30th like I'd hoped) and will keep going til I do. Oh how I've waffled on lol, soz, I just hope that I can contribute to the thread as much as you guys have to help us all to reach our goal!

Hi everyone!
Can I join in too? I have been doing the plan since January, on and off! I joined online for 3 months and that worked really well for me. I'm 2 stone lighter than when I started :j
I just have that last stone to lose now, so the end goal is in sight!
It's funny all the talk of red lentils today..... I made a gorgeous lentil and carrot soup for lunch this afternoon. It's called Lentil Broth (believe me, the name does not do it justice, it's much tastier than it sounds!), and it was from the SW Four Seasons cook book. I highly recommend it!
For tea I had a lovely quorn bolognese with lots of veg hidden in it - lovely!
Anyway, I seem to have my head in gear once again after staying the same weight for ages, so let's get that last stone off!!
Glad to join you all and share ideas!

Good morning newbies
Good luck, the more the merrier
Went from bad to worse yesterday as I was too full for the steak nad trimmings from the lunch at the chinese ( syns)
So I couldnt be bothered to cook
So I had half of that beanburger ( foul) and a linda mccartney sausage roll
Not pleases, failed dismally. Need to stoke that boiler with lots of superfree that is my mission and I intend to do it!
Today will be better- NO IT WILL.
Mango, blueberries and yog
Couscous salad, leftover beef
Bacon eggs, mushrooms beans
Steak, salad, new potatoes, butternut squash
And need to get more fruit today as well (again!) will be looking out for the offers! Will be having tinned fruit as my HEB today as a change.
Wish me luck:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Bluebelle and Dragongfly welcome and the lentil soup sounds great, any chance of the recipe please?
Sorry I have been missing in action, we have had family over for a few days and have been out and about with them. They wanted a chinese take away last night but I didn't want to miss my weigh in, I was amazed, I still lost 2 lbs
I am very happy. So after our lovely chinese meal last night and a few naughties, I am back on full plan today, visitors have left, kids go back to school tomorrow, so we are all back in a routine.
Oh, you are all talking about fibre bars, what are they, can I buy them in the supermarket or are they at class only? From what I understand, 1 bar is HEb?0 -
Hi everyone, just a quickie newbie question... If I BBQ a banana is it still free?
Cheers x0
