stupid question - are potatoes superfree on EE?? or are they just free but too carby to be SF?

They are just free as they need to be synned or counted as a HEb on red, only food that is free on both plans is superfree :)

From what I understand we are allowed to eat as much superfree food as we want and it should always be first choice for snacking on between meals so I would say its fine. I eat loads of fruit and have noticed that the weeks where I do eat a lot of fruit I seem to lose more, only thing I would say is perhaps limit banana to just one a day as they are free but not a speed food, also grapes aren't a spped food I dont think. But if it isn't affecting your loss then I would say carry on as you are :)

I always seem to have a better loss when I 'up' the fruit more. But I dont eat bananas much (except as a very rare treat on the BBQ with choccie buttons:p).....and grapes -although I do eat them, they're usually last on my list as they dont have the s sign at the side:D I still buy a punnet of them when I shop tho as I love em!

Quick update: [erm not so quick after all]

My hubby has been out of work for over a year and interviews have been few & far between even though hes applied for hundreds of jobs. He had an interview this morning and........................... HE GOT THE JOB banana%20dancer.gifbanana%20dancer.gifbanana%20dancer.gif. I am sooooooooo happy and the feeling of relief is amazing. wee.gifwee.gifwee.gif

Now back to SW, I have lost nearly 2st since January ON MY OWN [with your help of course] not everybody needs to go to class if they have as much determination as I have. I'm not knocking classes in any way, after all I lost 2.5st 1st time around going to class. This time I was too skint to afford class but I'm at target [below it] so it shows you can do it without going to class. Although coming on here is like going to class lol except no damn happy clapping thank god :rotfl:.

Well done losers and welcome2.gif to all the newbies this is a great place to be, much better than a class party0011.gif
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I went for a 3mile walk on Sunday which I'm sure helped, plus I've been stuffing myself with fruit.

Today at work I have completely ignored the free birthday cakes doing the rounds and been tucking into apples instead!

This Friday is going to be great too as we're being treated by work to a day at a health spa, it has a gym and pool so I'm taking my cossie to make the most of it :)

    Afternoon,

WI yesterday - i put on 1lb - but considering the fairy attack at the weekend - not too worried

Now i will be doing success express for the next week - trying to loose a few extra lbs for next week and the wedding!

Gym every day this week - might even go at the weekend!

I had recently discovered stewed rhubarb - 198g for 1/2 syn - which is lovely - but the question is... is the weight before or after stewing?

Also, i am having cod tonight but want a nice sauce to go with it that is free - any ideas? (not tomatoey as i have already had turkey with tomatoey sauce today!)

Well done to all the losers & keep with it to everyone else x
