Yep you do. OJ has syns so if you use it in a recipe then you have to count those syns. Unless of course the overall syn value is so small per serving as to be neglible.

Wondered if I could gather opinions on Scan Bran - what's it like and does it speed up your weight loss? I keep seeing it at group and eyeing it with suspicion.

I know love! Tell me about it! It worked out that 22.5g of choc is 6 squares which = 6.5 syns Was just enough to cure the craving

Does anyone here use red lentils with their cooking. I got a huge bag I need to use up.
I know I can bulk out spag bol and other dishes using it but I was hoping for some new ideas.

Haha! I'm not sure I fancy cardboard - except if it was coated in chocolate maybe!
