Thanks for the comments guys! it has really spurred me on. I was 100% last week and intend on having as many 100% weeks as possible. However I didn't really have any social events (ooh that makes me sounds posh! :rotfl:) so I wasn't really tested. I had lunch out on Sat, that's all.
Green day today (will update later):
B - 2 eggs fried in frylight on HM WM bread (HEB), marg (1syn)
L - giant salad with lettuce, spinach, pear, cuc, toms, sp onion, celery, radish, HB egg, 2 x cold quorn sausages, green thunder cheese (HEA), balsamic vinegar
D - veggie chilli, HM SW potato wedges, cheese (HEA), sour cream (2.5syns)
Snacks - banana, sugar free jelly (0.5syns), LF creme fraiche (1.5syns), nectarine, HM fizzy water ice lolly, HM SF celery soup, Tesco corn crisps (3.5syns), kellogs fibre plus (HEB)
Drinks - NAS squash, fizzy water
Total syns - 9
I had a brainwave yesterday and put some apple and raspberry flavoured fizzy water in lolly moulds. They froze overnight and taste delicious. It's a syn free ice lolly!

our SW group did that on thursday we get it this week.
thanks for the info
isnt £3.50 a lot tho for 8 sausages?
also i reckon i always thot of sausages being fattening so cant believe we will get syn free ones;)
how many can i eat?0 -
ok i am 9st 11 & a half
ive never managed to get below 9st in years!
i am small in stature
so id like to be 8st 11 by xmas i know its not a lot
but a real struggle for me
broken marriage/depression/health probs
& a lack of money (as per)
i think the SW diet is great but not cheap
at least here in my town, im struggling & would appreciate encouragement & advice thanks
on how to stick with the plan forever0 -
Well for what syns are in it, I dont think Id bother to be honest....It needs the baking powder as its got no flour in it as a normal cake has to make it 'airy& fluffycakey'
Its really really nice!! and if you ate half of it on your own - your only having 1/4 of a syn of loveliness..... how good is that !!
I also sometimes get a tub of 0% fat Greek yog & a pack of WHITE choc options 2 syn .... mix it up and it tastes like creamserve a quarter of a tub of this with your half of the cake for an extra treat and youve stil only had 3/4 of a syn :T
nomnomnom
Do you think you could make it as individual mini puddings rather than as a roulade? Might be hard to serve it as a buffet option for our tasting session and it does sound very lovely...God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Well some people have said that they are expensive......but I dont mind paying that bit extra for something that I really do likeplus I think about the money I would have spent on 'unhealthy' cr*p a tiramisu at sainsbury or a decent cheesecake is about the same price....and id have eaten the lot :rotfl::eek:
and as for how many sausages you can eat....they are free so you can eat them all if you want lol.....as long as you leave room for the superfree veggies/fruit remember0 -

I dont see why not, you would just have to chop the fruit up really tiny to roll up. It doesnt rise much.....and when it does it flattens again when it cools so if you dont do some sort of roll, youd have to bear that in mind.
You could take some bun cases along to serve it in ......dont know how many you have at your group? we had it from muffin cases - but little paper plates might be cheaper0 -
Mmmmmm, that roulade does sound good
Well done to flutterby & all the other losers!! :j
I'm at WI tonight & I'm quaking in my fit-flops!! :rotfl: I have been very good since coming back off my hols but silly me had a late & heavy lunch today :doh:What was I thinking?!
Anyway, meal plan for today:
B - 28g honey nut shredded wheat bitesize (HEB), banana, strawbs, mullerlight
L - HM spicy lentil & veg soup followed by pasta/salmon/cheese triangle (HEA)/onion/black pepper concoction followed by an apple
D - chilli & baked potato followed by fruit salad with shape zero yog
Looks suspiciously like the meal plan I've had every day for the last 5 days:whistle: My excuse (this time) is that I have to run down my freezer as it needs defrosting again!!

Got 2 pineapples delivered by Mr T and 1 was a bit rotten at the bottom and the other was a bit iffy too. Hubby has prepared them both and they are chopped up in the fridge. They were extra large ones so have masses to eat. My Mum popped to Asda today and asked if I wanted anything, I wanted some rolls and a melon as they were on offer. She came back with 2 melons, rolls and another f**king pineapple :rotfl:. I will be sick to death of the things by the end of the week . Don't know how I'm gonna eat all that fruit and stay out of the bathroom for more than 5 minutes at a time :rotfl:.
I meant to reply to this earlier.....but its taken me this long to stop laughing
Aint mums great lmao.
cant you freeze some of your f**king pineapple so you dont have to live on it morning noon and nightxx
