Good evening all
well Im all :j -not only has hubby won €500 on the slot machine (for a stake of €2.50) -and he has given me half with instructions it can only be spent on myself, and I counted up our change tube yesterday and hubby told me to keep that too -just over €120 ..so I have €370 to play with (will stash most until I need clothes in the next size down)
BUT -hubby asked if I fancied a takeaway for supper tonight and not only did I say NO -but instead of having it delivered we walked to fetch it :A:rotfl:-so hubby sat and had that whilst I had my iced coffee and fibre plus bar as I had planned ....and do you know what? I wouldn't have swapped him if he asked :T..
So all in all -today has been a good one

OK I have now done a meal plan for the full week: I think/hope it works out ok.
Tomorrow I am going to do a Full week of SW and I hope to god the fairies do not darken my door. I must get back into this properly otherwise I will spiral out of control.
If I am out anywhere I am going to make sure I have egg, beans mushrooms only or JP and beans/salad/ cottage cheese. Nothing elseOr possible a low syn couscous salad if I dont take my own. I need to also save money this is vitally important and I keep spending it. :eek:
The weekly plan for Main dinner/tea is:
Sun: EE Roast beef, potatoes, carrots, parsnip, green beans, peas, sweetcorn. Pud is blueberries, strawbs and yog.
Mon: EE Steak, Green beans, mustard sauce made from quark ( any advice on how to make this, just want a drizzle, have quark from frais, yog, all types of mustard but not mustard powder) Potatoes, grilled mushrooms and peppers on the GF grill and a massive salad.
Tue EE Stewing beef stew, mushrooms onions, potatoes carrots. Roasted butternut squash on the side.
Wed:EE Mexican Beef meatballs in chilli sauce made from tinned toms, chilli , chipotle paste. Rice, Veg mushrooms onions peppers,courgette. May have taco shells with this if I buy more otherwise maybe some of the WW tortilla chips,
Thus: GD Veggie Moussaka Garlic bread for OH
Fri EE pork chops, baked potatoes, salad, grilled mushrooms, peppers, baked cherry toms on the vine
Lunches will be: leftover beef, couscous salad incorporating Aubergine peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgette, b squash. Yoghurt and fruit. I have found a tupperware in freezer with SW Mushrooms a la greque which will go well with the couscous I think, its defrosting for tomorrow.
Will use some tinned fruit as HEB instead of Alpen lites as they are expensive if I cant get them in 99p stores and I have tinned fruit in the cupbaord at the mo that is not being used.
Am getting OH to take all treats to work as I cannot be trusted.
Anyway this is the plan. I have to stick to it.:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Ah Mrs M you are an inspiration to us all! My... ahem.... bowel movements were all over the place at the start! My body went into shock! lol It does calm down, it just takes time for your body to adjustAll hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

Evening all, I won't get time tomorrow so this is my menu for Monday. I'm going red again
Drinks – Milk (HEA), Coffee, Water, Diet coke
Breakfast – Fruit and yoghurt
Lunch – Buffalo chicken (2.5) and salad, yoghurt
Dinner – Pork balls in tomato sauce with veg, cheese (HEA) and potato (HEB), lemon mousse (1)
Snacks – Chocolate (3), crisps (6), 2 Alpen light (HEB)
2 A and 2 B plus 12.5 syns
I may swap my crisps and chocolate for a fibre plus bar to save syns, but will depend how I feel after a day back in the office

Evening all, just a quickie to report a disastrous weekend (foodwise). I'm determined to put it behind me, no point dwelling on it, whats done is done, and get back on track tomorrow. It's very frustrating when last week I was positively angelic and really thought I'd cracked it. Hope everyone else has kept those fairies at bay, I'm guessing you must have because I think they've ALL been stalking me this weekend!When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0

lo blush i had a pretty pants wkend! was fully aware how bad eveything was but over the weekend managed half a kfc boneless banquet, 1.5ltr bottle of coke (full fat :mad: ) and 2.5 bottles of wines!

I am having trouble eating enough although its more a case of what I 'think' is enough IYSWIM. I'm eating enough for my body not to be hungry and I am still losing weight [although trying to maintain] so I suppose I shouldn't be that worried. Just can't get used to not eating as much as I used to.
Anyway today I have mostly been eating:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L - chicken, stuffing [6], lettuce, cue, tom, celery, new pots, beetroot, beans, salad cream [1]
T - wm roll , lettuce, cue, tom, celery, salad cream [1], pineapple +muller
Snacks - none [never know if thats good or not]
Syns - 8
Got 2 pineapples delivered by Mr T and 1 was a bit rotten at the bottom and the other was a bit iffy too. Hubby has prepared them both and they are chopped up in the fridge. They were extra large ones so have masses to eat. My Mum popped to Asda today and asked if I wanted anything, I wanted some rolls and a melon as they were on offer. She came back with 2 melons, rolls and another f**king pineapple :rotfl:. I will be sick to death of the things by the end of the week :eek:. Don't know how I'm gonna eat all that fruit and stay out of the bathroom for more than 5 minutes at a time :rotfl:.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well I am back from a lovely weekend in Scotland. We had a fabulous time, a whole lot of walking which worked off the occasional cake I hope but which has made me more determined to do some more exercise, I was so the slow unfit one which made me feel really down. If I can lose some weight and increase my fitness then I wont be so on the next trip with my friendsGod is good, all the time

Hello All,
well I am writing this with a slight hangover as it was my birthdasy today (I say was as there's only 34 minutes left of it and by the time most of you read this it will be Monday!)
We did a BBQ and I just "received" people all day long. It was lovely. I was thoroughly spoilt present wise. Ate fairly well all day - just had lots of the burgers and sausages I got from the Trimley sausage shop the other day and they were delicious with salad. Friend brought over a cake that she had made from the SW website cos she knows how good I've been so has a slice of that taking me to about 11.5 syns. Then had 3 jelly babies and the icing off half a mini cupcake that my sister had brought from the food hall in Selfridges! I did however drink absolutely whatever I wanted all day and that was mostly mojitos (but made with sweetener!) and a champagne, raspberry vodka, lemonade and fresh fruit combo we made up! Not synning any of that and just going to have a coupla really good days before weigh in Tuesday night.
Now off to check the syn value of the jelly belly beans I got!
