I am now really confused about this bread lark now. Granary bread is made with the whole grain - hence the bits, but wholemeal is just the type of flour. Can't see there's much difference in counting granary as HEB, especially now and again - certainly no comparison with coco pops v weetabix.

This is just one of SWs odd things, like white refined rice being free on green but porridge having to be HE'd or synned, and can't imagine any nutritionist would say white rice is a healthier option than porridge, but there you go.

    ;)

evening ladies, Hope you've all had a good day?

The weather here has been lovely today - Ive been sat out on the balcony most of the afternoon being realllllly lazy :o

    Food today has been

    Breakfast blueberries, kiwi & yogurt

Lunch chicken cous cous & salady mix with yog & mint sauce (again lol.....Im sure il get bored with it soon, but its soooo yum I think it will be a while yet :p)

snacking on plums & clementines this aft....but managed to keep away from the fairy gear :T (im still thinking Mr pmt is here early....git :o)

Tea OH Lit the BBQ and chucked on a couple of steaks with jerk seasoning, potato wedges and some salad. followed by yog & more plums.
He had some beers and I had my pretend red wine (sugar free blaccurrant :rotfl:)

    forgot my syns!! ... kitkat 5 1/2, 2 cubes dairy milk 3, 1 cube caramel 2 = 9 1/2

All in all a pretty good day.....but its still early, and anything could happen yet

    I dont know either lol.....
I think she was saying thatabout the cereals to just make a point that if the plan says you eat wholemeal as HEB then it MUST be wholemeal. Youre right in saying granary has little bits of grain....but the flour is just unbleached normal flour.....no fibre in it.....hence Not a HEB.

Bit of a cheeky question but can I incorporate Heinz Weight Watchers / Tesco Lighter Choices meals in SW plan ?
Failure is only someone elses judgement.
Without change there would be no butterflies.

There's lots of things that make no sense to me, Inazuma, but this time I decided to just go with it - and have lost weight. Previous time, I questioned everything, ignored what I thought was senseless - and didn't lose any weight. Now I just pretend I am at primary school and soak up everything the "grown up teachers" tell me. :D

Things that don't make sense to me:
:(You can mash & eat potatoes but not fruit
:(You can make carrot or tomato soup, but not a fruit smoothie, essentially a fruit soup.
:(Tomatoes are fruits and you can eat them canned or use passata (essentially tomato juice) but you can't do the same with other fruit. The passata vs tomato paste thing doesn't make sense to me either.

But, it works, so I bow to the greater power of Mrs Slimming World. Boy, it's been good to give myself a weekend off though :D
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

You could do the tzatsiki I made today. Simply add one crushed garlic glove, bit of grated cucumber and chopped fresh mint to tub of 0% greek yogurt.
