    Thanks

  • My meals today on EE have been

    Breakfast - 1/2 melon
Snacks - 2 x light alpen bars (HEB)
Lunch - chicken, cheese (HEA) and tomato sandwich (8 syns for bread as I forgot I'd eaten my alpen bars ooops
    yoghurt
    handful of fruit
Dinner - Chicken Chow mein with lots of veg and beansprouts
    pear

I think I've done pretty well today and no alcohol in the cooking! Still trying to get the hang of EE and bit annoyed with myself for having to use bread as syns, I was looking forward to a bacardi and coke tonight but it will have to wait until tomorrow now :)
One day I will be debt free and fat free!:grinheart
  • Oh almost forgot, I'm going to V festival next weekend anyone any suggestions of what to eat in a field surrounded by greasy food stands.

You sound just like me!! I have been like this for the last 2 days!!!!!

Today i ended up eating 2 lunches! My ham and cucumber followed by a chicken salad.. Ok its all salad based :A BUT... The diet coke i thought i ordered turned out to be normal coke!! I was thirsty and started to down it and then thought... !!!!! So i have wasted 7 syns right there! BAH! (to be fair it is much nicer than diet coke! ;))

I also ate a coco rocks bar so my syns today stand at 14! Thank god i have my heb left otherwise i would be raiding that cupboard for the space raiders i was hoping to have this evening! Grrrrr DAMN YOU FAIRIES!!!!!!!

I have been reallllllly hungry today too for some reason ????? pmt time not til middle of next week

Ive eaten fruit in between my meals-which I dont normally have to do.
And while I was warming up the spag bol for tea tonight I thought I'd make some chicken & cous cous salady mix for tomorrows lunch.......And Ive just eaten that now too  and 2 more clementines.

Ive not yet had my kit kat or dairy milk....so ive been pretty good syn wise.....but where in the heck has this appetite come from:o Ive even been taking gaviscon this aft with the hernia hurting me so I can have a bit more :rotfl::shocked:

Good evening not been around for a few days, will try and catch up in min.

Well done to all who have lost.

Well I have fell off the wagon  I couldn't get weighted on wed due to hospital app was going thurs but we had our local Air show (thurs and fri) I did try and be good for the 2 days but chips and ice cream jumped in to my mouth. To be honest the weather was c**p rain, hail, and thunder & lighting so by the time we had cleared up the gazzbo etc and tried to keep 5 kids dry I didn't feel like thinking about food. Apart from weather it was a good 2 days.

Well tomorrow is another day so back on track, need to make sure I post meals to keep me on try.
