Just had some great news, am having an operation to remove a load of teeth next month. I've been waiting nearly a year to have it done so am really excited!!! That's cause for celebration in itself, but to know there'll be no more pain and that I can eat properly, as well as having a much prettier smile has made my day! OOOOOOO, can't wait! :j:D:T:p Yay, very happy Screamer. xx[/QUOTEww]
Aww thats great news
Dont really know where to suggest flower wise....I dont often get to trail round the centre as its just too much for me with the old wobbliesI usually just end up getting my flowers from sainsbury/morrison/asda as theyre pretty good and nice arrangements ........but depends just how picky your mum is LOL:eek:
I went to Asda in the end. The flowers are for my gran's grave and my brother's grave, but decided to get her some aswell to butter her up a little bit. Got 3 big bunches, and 3 smaller bunches for £14 altogether. Was going to cost me £20 in a shop inside the shopping centre thingie. I'm too tight to pay a lot lol.
Have also decided to stop smoking. If I get the munchies, I'll just munch on stacks of berries and carrots lol. Wish me luck. I go to docs on Monday. Yay for me, and you lot for making me realise that I couldn't continue with life as it was and be happy at the same time :jYaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -
good on you Screamer deciding to quit the ciggies:T......I wish I could get my head into that zone
But Im honestly truly just not up for the challenge with all my other little challenges at the mo
- and anyway Iv had to give up the wine cos of the op (can you imagine how Id walk if I was a bit fresh) and the choccie fests cos of the diet....so my ciggies are my last pleasure :rotfl: maybe after my hol in the new year
If you decide you're going to do some green days.....you will be able to make yourself some SW chips when you get the munchies too ;)or a jacket spud and beans all free stuff!!! yummy eh0 -
Afternoon all, well done on your loss dizzyk.:T
Glad you are feeling so positive about everything at the moment screamer, I'm sure that sparkler is helping with that.:D
Thanks for the recipes consultant31, wish I'd spotted them before I went shopping though.
Well, I had my weigh in last night and was disappointed with a 1/2 lb gain  apart from an unplanned for burger at the weekend, I've been postively angelic and been battering those fairies to bits. Strangely enough, I was feeling really confident when I went and had a 'slim' feeling, (opposite of the fat feeling I normally have), shows how much I'm in tune with my body eh?The only thing I can think of is that I've not been so diligent with increasing my fluid intake this past week, I think thats because it's been much cooler and duller, but a 1/2 lb gain seems a bit harsh. Hey ho, onwards and hopefully downwards we go.When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -

Awwwthats a bummer when you go with a good feeling- especially when youve been a saint, but it very prob is to do with the water....The week when I only lost 1/2 I had a real struggly week fluid wise.....I had 3 hospital appointments 1 in wakefield an 2 in leeds both are a fair old trek for me from here so it messed up my drinking - and it showed on WI day
The good thing is tho - if you stay a good girl this week, and up the fluids then you're surely due a fabby loss next timexx

according to the calculator for the whole jar it would be
56 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
56 Syns per package/portion on Green
56Syns per package/portion on Original
so I guess youll have to now divide it up into how much your going to use per recipe ?
Hope it helps a bit0
