Thanks Consultant31. I'll give beans a go this week as we have about 400 tins in the cupboard:) and save the toms for chillis etc."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

Hello ladies, hope you're well on this miserable day.
I've woken up feeling a bit hyperactive. Last night OH was looking at a weight loss info thingy on the site and has advised me to burn of 370 calories a day, so today am making plans to do just that.
Going shopping for some kitchen scales seeing as though OH has finally agreed that digital scales are a pain in the bum because we can never find any batteries when we need them. Going for a good walk round town to get used to the place and find the cheapest flower shop I can coz got loads of flowers to buy. Then it's home to do 10km on the exercise bike. In between I will be cooking, cleaning, and getting myself presentable to go visit my mum. It's something I particularly dread because she says I don't visit enough (she lives 75 miles away and I can't drive), she'll pick on me for biting my nails, the first words out of her mouth will be "you've put a lot of weight on since I last saw you" and I'm taking my wedding stuff to show her and of course there will be something she doesn't like. I don't really give a monkeys but there's only so many times you can roll your eyes before someone notices lol.
Good luck for the day ladies, I've got to go get my bum into gear. Don't know about food yet but will have a good think. I know Ryvita and Philly light is going to be in there somewhere coz I love the stuff)
Love you all :-)Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -

Morning ladies, good luck with you visit to your Mum Screamer!!! It's raining cats and dogs here in Lincolnshire, I'm quite happy though as I'm stuck at work all day and it'll be doing my veg patch the world of good!
I've got a cold and had a terrible night's sleep last night so I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself today. HM fish and chips tonight though which will be a nice treat. I normally do it in breadcrumbs but to save syns I might do mine plain and just crumb OH's. I was hoping to go for a walk after work but I won't be if it carries on raining like this!!!
Here's today's plan:
Brekkie - 2 small boiled eggs, 6 ryvita cracker bread (HEB), banana
Lunch - salad, couscous, mackeral in tom sauce, salad cream (2), jelly (0.5)
tea - baked fish, SW chips, veg, ketchup (2)
Snack - nectarine, plum.
Have a good day everyone x0 -
which town are you exploring screamer?
Keighley Dizzy. It's not so long ago that I started branching out on my own so need to investigate further than the indoor market. It's hard work walking past that many Greggs the bakers without nipping in and cheating a little bit, or not calling in at the coffee place and having a cappucino and a chocolate cookie lol.
Just had some great news, am having an operation to remove a load of teeth next month. I've been waiting nearly a year to have it done so am really excited!!! That's cause for celebration in itself, but to know there'll be no more pain and that I can eat properly, as well as having a much prettier smile has made my day! OOOOOOO, can't wait! :j:D:T:p Yay, very happy Screamer. xxYaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me.
